Already running late, it took another hour and a half just to get a tow truck out to put air in my spare. By the time I called Wear Master, I was frantic. They listened to my situation, told me to come in, and true to their word -- even with a shop full of cars -- they stopped what they were doing and immediately took care of me. They put a temporary tire on my unrepairable flat and had me back on the road as fast as humanly possible. If it weren't for them, I would have 100% missed my flight to Mexico. My rental car and hotel were both prepaid, so I would have been out a significant amount of money. Thankfully my flight was delayed by two hours, and I barely made it -- but I would NOT have made it at all without Wear Master going above and beyond for me. David apologized and cleared my check engine light and asked me to call back. In the meantime the check engine light came on again confirming I had a bad oxygen sensor. I had purchased my own parts and was ready for the installation. When David and I next talked he offered to come to my house pick up my car and take it back to the shop to fix the problem. David came to my house and repaired the car and brought it back. Wow what service! The price he charged me for the labor was very fair and lower than any other bids I had obtained. Despite the early appointment issue David more than made up for it with his kind offer. The car runs fine and David gave me the old parts verifying the replacement. Then when it still wouldn't start they lied and said they did a diagnostic test. They told me it was a computer problem in my transmission and they quoted me $5434!!! At that point I towed my car out of there. They still charged me $550 for parts and labor that I didn't need. I took it to the dealer and it was a simple kill switch that the used car dealer put on the car. They cut the wire removed the killer switch car started right up and didn't change me anything! This shop tried to get me for over $5000!!! Worst experience I have ever had at a Mechanic! This shop is the reason people don't trust mechanics.
