I was driving from Toronto and I could hear a strange noise coming from one of my front wheel. I stop by at 3pm on a Tuesday and they took me right away. They found the issue in no time and they could have charged me more for their work. They were honest and professional and would definitely recommend their services. read more

I found this place simply by searching online. My son had a transmission issue with his car and we were planning on replacing the entire transmission. We went to Discount Transmission to see if maybe there was another option. You can never tell if a repair shop is going to be honest or not, it's often a gamble. They discovered it was not the transmission, but was a wiring issue instead. The cost was $450 instead of $5000. I took the time to write this review because of how appreciative I was. From this experience I would say you can trust Discount Transmission. I would come back to them any day. read more

Brought my Dodge Ram in for my transmissions was not shifting properly, they showed me the codes that were there. They gave me a loaner car to use while they were working on it. Called me the next days saying that the transmissions was out and I could come see it. The day after they called me saying that my car was ready. I picked it up an issues since. I would recommend them to my friends and family. read more

the worst service ever... gave me a quote to redo my tranny and rad for $2400 and if it needed additional parts it could be as high as $2800... It came out to $3400 plus tax, the total was $3800... make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing.. get a second opinion... the "additional" parts that they claimed it needed was just an excuse to charge more... both of us shared one car and needed it fixed so I didnt bother taking it elsewhere... besides overcharging... they left shop rags inside the car and the car never ran the same... hard shifts.. I didnt even wanna take it back... never again read more
