I had called multiple electricians for a quote to install a ceiling fan in my home. RedHawk Electric was the only company that offered to send a tech (for a free estimate) to see if they can fish a new wire to my existing outlet without damaging the drywall (newly painted nursery). Every other company explained that they "might" have to make a hole in the wall depending on what they see during the install date. There pricing was fair and work was excellent. Redhawk Electric, came out to do a bid for me a few months back. The owner was courteous and thorough throughout his bid process. He provided me a competitive bid and through his explanation displayed that he is very knowledgeable, so I ended up going with him. His employees, Cody and Adam, were awesome. Cody and Adam showed up on time ready to work and immediately got to work. They ended up finishing before the estimated time. Also, they took me around to each item they had worked on, provided a detailed explanation of the work they did and showed me that each item was in good working order. One minor issue, the receptionist was somewhat hard to get a hold of when I was attempting to schedule, several unanswered calls. We bought a new light fixture to replace the one in our foyer (with an 18 foot high ceiling). I had called 5 electricians, and they all either did not call back, or they could not install it due to the height of the ceiling. Cody is the technician that came and helped me with the information that I need to begin with my kitchen appliance replacement. They do not offer the job that I need to be done but went beyond their call to assist and gave me a referral to the right person who does the work. His boss Beau even gave me a follow up call to make sure I got the extra info I will need for my kitchen project. These guys didn't charge me for a single penny nor get any business from my call but still did help me towards the info that I needed handy when shopping for appliance replacement. If they can give an excellent service like that for a project that they didn't get paid for, what more if they do the job themselves! He listened to our electrical issues and offered great suggestions, even taking the extra time to explain things in more detail to me when I had questions since I'm not as electrical savvy as my husband. He then wrote up the cost for all the work discussed and mentioned there was no pressure to get all the work done at once. I loved that he was completely genuine and easy going. I called Redhawk Electric from an ad in a magazine. He came to my home for an estimate. He was not the cheapest, but not the most expensive. I liked that he did not beat around the bush. He knew exactly what had to be done and gave me a real estimate. I told him I would let him know after a few more bids. After a few other guys (some more expensive, some cheaper that I knew were going to up charge me), I hired Redhawk. They came the next morning and had 3 TVs hung with concealed wiring.
