If I could put no stars I would. Took my car in with water spots. Was told it needed to have an acid wash. I specifically asked if it would damage my car. Was told no they do it all the time. Well the chrome was damaged and I now need to replace my windshield and rear window because of the "acid wash". Took the car back in and they said oh it's just Armor All on the window so they washed the window. Didn't even come out to look at it. Just sent someone over to wash it, which obviously didn't fix it if I'm still looking through a blurry windshield. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THEM! read more

They left streaks all over my truck windows weren't cleaned on the inside and nothing was wiped down they just vacuumed and left dirty foot prints on my back bumper, door areas and the step to get in. The prices are completely wrong on the website and when I told them they didn't care they just said yeah it's been like that for a while. The worst car wash I have ever been to it has been some years since I have came to this establishment. They ran my car through the wash two times it still was not clean they eventually ended up wiping off the dirt with wet rags. At the end of the so-called cleaning my car was still dirty the car looked like it had not been vacuumed out I did not have time to go in and complain because I was already running late for an appointment due to them taking an extra 30 minutes on my car wash which I was there for an hour. One of the best hand car washes I've gotten. It's hard to find hand car washes around here but I happened upon Redhawk going to Petsmart. They are very professional, detailed and prices are reasonable. My car got attacked by birds crapping all over it and they were able to get all of it off without any marks left behind. I have a car wash right by my work which I only use during emergencies because they are horrible however I am willing to make the drive through traffic to come to Redhawk from now on. So I read the bad reviews and went anyway. I have a black Lexus and very picky about where I get it washed. They did an excellent job and actually the workers were friendly. Here's my take on this. We all get frustrated when things don't move at our fast pace and we tend to put the blame on others. Hey, if the place is busy then it's that simple, it's busy. Patience at its only a car wash. The other thing that bothers me is the lack of common sense that posting a bad review has on a business and how this can take a business down. Giving a review of something you don't like is ok but to bash a place is out of line and most likely done by those who do don't own a business. It could be your family, friends or your business. I will gladly go back and hopefully all the bad reviews will get swallowed by the good ones. read more

We always seem to go here because it's conveniently located to our house. Unfortunately, I've been extremely let down by them far too many times now. I would expect half @$$ work when you pay for bottom of the wash, but when you purposefully pay for the more expensive ones because you want them to do a good job, and they still do bad job, it's like a kick in he face. Just picked up my car, got it home and found a handful of things they simply could have wiped down but didn't. It took me just a few a minutes to clean everything they missed but I shouldn't have to do that. The old saying screw me once shame on you screw me twice shame on me, was exactly my feeling after leaving this place the second time . Went there a couple of months ago and got my car washed and waxed not sure what type of wax job they did cause when I got my truck back it still had water spots all over it and had to ask them to redo it. Couple months go by and I decided to give them a second chance and just do the cars wash and detail the interior and again extremely dissatisfied dirt and particles still on the carpet and they just cake on armor all on the doors no armor all on the dash or center console and they call it a VIP wash! I could of done better by myself just doing it my self I would not recommend this place to anyone read more

I was promised a rewash at any time and when I called today to remind the manager of the horrible wash and service I had, I wasn't even put through to him and was told it was to late to claim the rewash. So I emailed him again saying he didn't keep his word, he just emailed back saying I should have emailed him to remind him. Only reason I'm giving this car wash one star is that I have to in order to post this - so this morning I had to travel to Temecula for a doctors appointment, on my way there my 4 year old threw up on herself and her car seat (she gets car sick sometimes) so I had to pull over get her clothes off and wipe her down and obviously could not put her back in that car seat - I arrived at this car wash with a half naked 4 year old (all I had was a spare jacket to put her in no spare clothes) I got there explained to the guy my situation and told him please I'm in a hurry I need to make this doctors appointment can we just hose down this car seat to get the puke off? I said I'd pay for the water whatever it needs. I had just had the entire car washed yesterday but Guy kept pushing to wash the entire car interior - I told him the car Doesint need a wash and I'm in a hurry please I just need to hose the chair down. He again tried to get me to get it shampooed etc and I said again I still have to go buy my kid clothes and get to the doctor in time I literally begged this guy and offered to pay just for a little hose water. After going back and forth he said we can't help you! He refused to help me when he had the solution right there in gallons all because I wouldint purchase a complete service that I had no time for - I don't know why he did that to me, the money or just plain mean. This is a poorly managed car wash. It is unbelievably slow and the quality of the wash was barely passable. I 'll never come back! In addition, backing your car out is a problem when the mini market gets their drink deliveries and cars are going in and out from gassing up. read more

Simple, don't take your car here for a wash. They did a horrible job, inside and out. In fact the inside looked like they did nothing. There were still marks on the inside windows from my dog. Carpets, instrument panel and gear knob were all dusty, as were the seats and inside door panels. I had to go over the exterior with Meguiar's car cleaner, and vacuum when I got home. Didn't have an extra 40 minutes to have it redone. There were also spots on the exterior molding that I'm still working on to remove. Not sure what caused that. I have to say that they did a good job on my Jeep. I paid $50 for a detail and I was happy with the work that was done.

This place really isn't great . So I drive up and I felt kinda rushed. I said i wanted interior and detail. They charged 69.99! I thought ok never had my car done. We waited and he came back and still a bunch of food between the seats. The guy acted lazy and surprised lol. It's just not worth it. Was in b the area and had some time to kill. The truck was a little dirty so why not get a quick wash. Well it was not quick but the wash was okay. It was not busy by any stretch of her imagination and it took approximately an hour and a half for a basic wash and dry deal. I definitely should have looked at the reviews before I came here. If there was a way to give half a star, I would. I was greeted by guy who said "what's up bro?" I told him how I was trying his wash for the first time, and I wanted to see if they could do a good job on my wife's van. He proceeded to tell me all of the things that they weren't going to do, mainly that they wouldn't get her car clean by vacuuming. I asked to please just do the best they can. My wash cost me $28. When they said ready the van was still a little dirty on the outside, but the inside..... the dash, console and cup holders weren't even wiped, let alone cleaned. The mats were just tossed in and I had to reattach them myself. Lastly, he was correct when he said that they wouldn't do a good vacuum, because it looked like it hadn't been touched. When I asked the guy at the end if he could take it around for another vacuum, his response was "not me". When I asked for a manager, he just handed me my keys and walked away. Wow.... The reviews of this place don't lie. Oh yeah, I'm a rideshare driver. So, to the owners of this wash: when I'm in my car and driving folks around Temecula, they'll ask me where I get my car so clean.
