Let me start by saying Rick who I believe is the owner or one of the owners was the one who signed me up to a monthly plan which includes unlimited hand car wash for $59.99 a month. Typical hand car wash starts at $34.99. The first time I got my car washed there with my plan. My car was left with water spots on the windows. The back of my SUV was never vacuumed or cleaned. The second time again, my windows were left with water spots, after I left, I called and lodged a complaint with Rick. The third time I went. I made a statement to please make sure my windows are left clean without water spots, Rick assured me that they will do a clean detail on my windows. I saw him tell some of the guys, make sure to leave the windows on that SUV clean. For the third time, my windows were left with water spots. And the top of my car was completely wet apparently they forgot to dry the top of my SUV. I immediately called they never pick up, after calling three times, eventually I got a call back from Rick. I was very upset and informed him it hasn't been three weeks into my monthly plan and each and every time my windows are left with water spots in my car not vacuumed or cleaned in the back, Rick apologized offered for me to go back to clean my car, but it's always an hour of my time going through their car wash service. It hasn't been three weeks into my monthly plan. I take my car for the fourth time. I see Rick I make it very clear. Please make sure my windows are clean and not left with water spots. He assured me it they will be clean and dry. For the fourth and last time my car was left worse than the other three times. As I drove off I immediately called Redhawk and Car Wash. Of course they never pick up. I eventually got a call back from Rick. I lodge my complaint and immediately informed him to cancel my monthly plan as I will never ever go back to get my car washed. I noticed that they use the same dirty towels on all the cars and it's always an hour. Wait if not more. I regret not doing my research on yelp in Google had I read all the complaints they had and the low ratings they have I would have never taken my car to this business. The times that I was there I witness people complaining about their cars, one guy was furious that he had his windows tinted at this business and they did a horrible job. All he wanted was his money back. The four times that I have been there I witnessed people complaining that should have been a red flag for me. OH!! This afternoon I went to this car wash with a coupon that came in the mail. It was for a $34.95 car wash discounted to $17.50. When I pulled up and showed the coupon to the man, he had a nasty attitude and asked me if I wanted my doors wiped down on the inside. I asked him what was included with this "interior/exterior hand wash" and he said the dashboard and other surfaces... It felt like he was annoyed that I had a coupon or was just trying to upsell me. At that point I should have left... He stuck a tag on my inside driver window and handed me a receipt to go inside and pay. I went in to the waiting area which was overwhelmed with air fresheners and made me feel ill... I am pregnant and tried to use the restroom, but the door was locked but no one was using it. After waiting for 5 minutes, I went back to ask the man who initially checked me in if there was anybody working inside. Again, he said with a scowl and nasty tone "someone will be right there" and then called for a cashier. At that point there were other people waiting in line and I was now 5 or 6 people deep... At that point, I decided to leave. I had already waited 7 minutes and my car hadn't moved. I walked back over to my car got in it, backed up and pulled out. The man who checked me in said nothing to me. Someone could've easily stolen my car. When I pulled the sticker off my inside driver window it left this nasty residue. I used to frequent this car wash when I lived on this side of town years ago, hadn't been for at least 5 years since we moved to north Temecula and will NEVER go back. I'm not sure how getting a wash has become so difficult! I've been here many times before but usually go with the self wash places. Since I have a new car, I wanted to only use hand wash to protect my paint. I decided to sign up for the monthly plan. This is my third or fourth time and so far each time there has been a problem. The day I signed up, I got my car back and they didn't even clean the inside. Plus I waited over an hour. They said they would make it up to me the next time with a detail. Purchased a coupon on Groupon which entails wash, vaccuming, clean the inside etc.. I came there right when they opened and there was only 3 cars ahead of me. I specifically told them to please to make sure to vacuum. I waited an hour and half he pulled around with my car and there was a bunch of water spots and still tiny bird poop spots on my car and he didn't vacuum at all or wipe anything down. So he took my car around again and said he will vacuum. He came back and it was still in the same shape. I went inside to complain and she said she will have them wash again and make sure to vacuum. Not even 5 min later she said " we're too busy I will give you a certificate for next time" I literally told her I came here when they first opened and they don't have time? For how long it took them to "wash my truck" and my husband truck, I was very very unhappy with their work. We paid for a VIP washing and I asked specifically are they gonna wipe the inside, the chairs, everything and they said yes. they did a 4/10. I don't mind spending the extra bucks to get a better wash and I was highly disappointed. Never coming back here again. Even after I said something to the manager and pointed out the stuff I wasn't happy with and they still did a half ass job. Hopefully they read this and work on their service. There's a reason why they have poor ratings. Had my car "detailed" for $89.99 months ago. The interior still had coffee stains on the leather seats and mats weren't thoroughly vacuumed. I complained and lady offered credit for a basic cleaning. I obviously agreed. I waited 2 hrs which I understand. They're prioritizing the ones who paid. Well, they pretty much washed the car and very minimally did the interior. What's worse, one of the guys stepped on the back seats to wipe down the sunroof and didn't bother to clean the seats, his shoe marks are still there! I took my vehicle yesterday to get washed. My vehicle had some water spots from sprinklers but it wasn't baked on. I was charged for "water treatment." Okay whatever. The customer service was good I'll give them that. For the price of $180, I expected way better. My car wasn't dried all the way. I could tell by the water drops on the trunk and gas cap area. I know it's prob not too bad but for the price I expected perfection. I did have them redo areas which the did without hesitation. I usually read business reviews beforehand. I am not sure what is happening to Redhawk but the service is getting worse and worse. We have been good customers - we have had our windows tinted on three cars, had PPF installed on the new truck, had our Mercedes ceramic coated. We even referred friends to get PPF installed on their car. The problem is, their end-of line workers just don't give a shit anymore. Twice now, I have left absolute disgusted by the piss-poor finish work on my truck. The first time they didn't;t clean windows or wipe down anything inside. I complained right on the spot and Rick came out and personally oversaw the completion of the truck. Today was the same shit. Even the wash was crap. Bugs still on the grill on the truck, the outside of the truck wasn't wiped down properly, the inside, again, was not wiped down. Our Mercedes, which we brought at the same time, also left looking like hell. Water spots all over it from sitting in the sun. Mind you, we ALWAYS pay for the platinum wash. I even stated to the dude at the front line "Make sure you guys don't screw up this time". Well guess what. They screwed up for the last time. I own a Tesla so if you know about the paint hand car wash is the way to go to keep the paint nice and mint. There is plenty of seating inside or out. When the wash was completed, I had to ask the worker for a towel so that I could try to get the multiple areas that were still very dirty. Honestly, my 10 year-old would have done a better job. The workers were far more interested in dividing the tip box rather than even providing just an average service to clean a car. Very rude customer service by "Andy". I went in to get my car detailed and washed. Front desk assistant was very helpful, telling me to drive the car around the back and ask "Andy" who would be waiting there, and ask what services were offered for detailing etc. There was no greeting of any kind, he eventually walked over. I asked what service do they offer for detailing and car wash? His response was, "What do you want done?" I said the "car detail inside and out please". I went in for the $35 wash and was up charged to $69 to the wipe down the inside. As I waited outside for my car I heard a loud clunk as my car was about to come out of the wash. No one said anything to me until they were done with it under the detail tent. They had broke the mirror assembly of the passenger side of my BMW. When I asked to speak to a Manager they gave Me a business card and stated He wouldn't be available until next week. The Manager that was there kept telling Me that a pin was loose and it's not there fault . I called my insurance claims adjuster. He asked for a Video. The Manager that was there told Me they couldn't show Me the Video. I hardly drive that BMW and always take it to the dealer and keep it garaged. Nothing was loose. This is a shady business.
