I received a quote within a few minutes - which was reasonable. Some of the other companies either didn't service above ground pools or were out of the service area. I asked if it could be serviced the next day, but it was guaranteed. To my surprise, the tech, Dan, showed up that evening, added the necessary chemicals to get my pool back to swimmable condition. I have used Redhawks pool repair 2 times and Matt and Stacy were very helpful came right out and made the repairs needed at a reasonable price. Don't see any need to call anyone else. ******** That post was a couple of years ago, this time i was having trouble with the heater not starting up. Matt came out right away and diagnosed the possible problem it was either that or replace the whole heater. My wife and I recently purchased a charming little pool home Yucaipa. Of course neither of us new jack about pools and already noticed a mustard colored algae appearing on some of the steps in the pool. I decided to use Yelp and called a few pool companies and this one called back quickly. I explained that I didn't want a weekly or monthly pool service, just someone to walk me thru the functionality of the filtration system, chemicals, etc. They were able to send Chris out to educate us and boy did we get an excellent crash course in pool maintenance and even potential upgrades. Excellent service and pricing. Really wish I had found them years ago. The last few years I've fought algae on a weekly basis and the big pool supply stores would test the water and tell me I just needed to brush more. Redhawk solved the problem in the first two visits (it took two because I had to drain off some of the over chlorinated water and add fresh). Well worth the investment! read more

I would not recommend this pool service company. They have been late servicing our pool, or have had to reschedule on several occasions. We've had to keep our dogs locked up for hours awaiting their service and they didn't even end up showing up. Also I've walked out and checked our pool after they've come, and it hasn't been cleaned all the way. There has still been debris at the bottom. They do a poor job with customer service, cleanliness, and they are not consistent in showing up. read more

Wow, wow, wow! I am so glad that I found this company! My pool/spa pumps were not moving any water and I thought that I probably had a bad pump. Stacy scheduled me with an appointment for later that week, and then called me one day prior telling me they could work me in a day sooner. Matt fixed it in less than an hour (bad o-ring that kept the pump from priming) and was on his way and my pool and spa is back in service -- ready for the warm weather. Thank you so much! First off let me say I was a new home owner and to top it off I was a new pool owner and had absolutely no knowledge whatsoever about how to maintain a pool. My first night in my house I went outside to the back and noticed my pool pump was making a really loud noise and I was sure it wasn't normal for the pump to be making so much noise. I panicked a little until I finally found a shut off valve and shut the pool off completely. The next day I called several pool services in my area and no luck even getting someone to answer their business line. I called Redhawk Pool Services and the phone went to voicemail....so I decided not to leave a message and keep trying. A few seconds later my phone rang and it was Redhawk Pool, even tho I didnt leave a message Stacy called me back anyway. I was absolutely relieved and I explained my dilemma to her and that same day her and her husband came out to assess my pool issue. They were friendly and helpful and even gave me a pool 101 course. I couldn't have appreciated it more. That day they resolved the pump issues and made recommendations as well as supplied the needed chemicals and such for the pool. Of course considering I was still a little challenged in the maintenance of pool cleaning I decided that I would ask them to please continue services and now I have a weekly service with Redhawk.
