Wow, where do I start. We have struggled with our pool and some needed maintenance and light repairs for a year. This has been especially frustrating because it is a newer pool. We had the best experience with Eric! He came within the day to evaluate our algae issues. The next day, the pool was drained. He was here the following day bleaching all the algae away. We then had another service come in through him to remove all the calcium buildup on the rock formations around the pool. It's beautiful, we couldn't be happier. His son Jacob is doing a great job keeping the salt levels and the pool clean. They also turned our pool back to salt and installed a new salt cell. Did a terrific job. Just had Eric and his crew install a new pool filter after our 30 year old filter gave up the ghost. Eric's over 25 years in the business really shows. He knows his stuff. One thing that impressed me was his quick responses to my calls and texts. He does not leave you hanging. I really like that. His installation of our new filter was efficient and professional. They even dug away all of the old dirt that had been covering the original cement pad. Now that is what I call thorough. Our pool was turning to green slime. Eric knew what chemicals to immediately add and between that and the new filter the next day our pool was looking much better, not something you would expect the monster from the black lagoon to come out of. My filter broke and I was looking for a used one and found some posted in local social media and sent a few messages out asking for insight on what was posted.
