Worst urgent care clinic for veterans and active duty members, I went in with my tricare referral number and they didn't know what Tricare was or a referral number and they also violated HIPPA by having me speak about what I needed to be seen for in front of patients in the waiting area. The staff was RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL to not only me but also my medical advisor and it was pretty clear that no help was going to be provided. I have never been treated so poorly before in a medical facility. read more

I got back from my trip feeling pretty poorly; a little fever, headache, stuffy...kinda nervous, too. After all, the Kung Flu is on the rampage, right? I saw the NP, Michelle, almost immediately and she was terrific. Concerned not only with my physical health, but my financial health, as well, we did a flu test (NEGATIVE!) and decided I had a sinus infection. All of their listings no matter how you look them up say they are open till 7pm. Not only are they not open till 7.they lock the door at 530, because they close at 6. I drove an hour and half with all the accidents to get there to find the door locked. With the prices of gas today they need to be accurate with their hours!!! read more

I'm very impressed with this place. I went here yesterday morning for some spider bites that I needed antibiotics for after leaving Rapid Urgent Care since they were too busy. Boy am I glad I did. First, they only have one page for you to fill out. All I had to provide was my contact information and then the nurse asks what other info they need after you are called back. Rapid Urgent Care requires you let them know your complete medical history, your favorite color, foods, dog's name, etc. and it takes FOREVER to fill it all out. I was called back within 5 minutes of providing my information. I saw the doctor, he looked at the problem and wrote my prescription. The whole visit only took about 20 minutes. The best part is that they only charge $80 for a visit. Rapid Urgent Care charges $111 to see the doc so this is quite a savings. Save money and get in and out faster! I will be going here from now on. read more

This is an awesome clinic! Have been there for various problems lately, hairline fracture, bronchitis, muscle spasm and Dr Naren has worked his magic! The woman who is manager of this clinic is extremely rude and has always been rude. She is one of those people who does not like her job and it clearly shows. Then when this issue is brought to the doctor's attention he does not support his patients. They have no interest in helping their patients. They refuse treatment to patients and turn them away. I totally do not recommend this clinic to anyone. I will never go here again nor will anyone else I know. No excuse for the way they operate. read more

Three of us have seen Dr. Yousef and his staff for different reasons. Nothing but the best treatment. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Don't give them a credit card if you know you have insurance that covers emergency or outpatient care. We did and it took 6 months of phone calls, lies, and false promises to get $110 back (after threatening a visit to small claims court) of the up front money we gave them because they said our deductible had not yet been met although we knew it had. They lied to us right up until the end. Told us they were putting a check in the mail the last day we spoke. When we called back and told them to hold check for pickup the office administrator, Alessa, told us "too late, check had already been put out in mail". I told her the mail isn't picked up that early (8am) and I was coming to pick up check. Guess what? There was no stamp on the envelope the receptionist handed me. Another lie. No way was my check getting put in the mail that day or any other day in the future. read more

i have been going to redi-med for over 10 years and have received excellent medical attention from dr. yousef for the entire time, but i heard rumors recently that the management is pushing him out to limited status. i don't think i would continue going to redi-med without his presence and compassion. read more
