It's conveniently located near my house so it was my first choice. The parking lot is pretty spacious with plenty of open spaces. It was a little busy when I came but I can't hold that against them. The check in process was easy. Just signed in at a tablet by the front window. Then I waited a few minutes to be called back for registration. After a few forms I waited a little while in the lobby then went back to get my vitals taken. Another short wait and then I was taken to an exam room. A friendly doctor came in and examined my burn. Thankfully no infection and it appeared to be healing well. She did prescribe me an antibiotic to ensure I didn't get an infection. Then I was discharged. I was able to get my prescription filled right there on site so it was convenient I didn't have to make any additional stops afterwards. Total visit was about an hour. Would definitely come here again but hopefully I won't need to any time soon.

The doctor actually listened and did not rush me. I was able to leave with the meds I needed for a very low price which will save me a trip to CVS. I had an awesome experience! This Patient First is a cut above the rest! Highly recommended!

I Arrived at 8:40am and the doors were all locked!. When one girl arrived, she unlocked the doors and told me that I couldn't come in until 9am. Once in, she asked my name and told me I was not on the que and had to wait since 8 other people and now signed in. I showed her that on my phone that I had indeed made an appointment. She looked at it and said too Bad, I wasn't in the que. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told that they had no supervisor and couldn't give any person to speak with. The ladies look as if they did not want to be there, no good morning and no smiles. I do not recommend this facility. They office staff is so impersonal. They call patients by their first name as if they know them, no Ms., Miss, Mrs. or Mr. This site deserves a " -0 ". Yes, after me showing that I had indeed made the appointment they should have honored it...not dismiss me. The PA's and Physicians have all always been exceptional, but the front desk staff have always been unprofessional. The company needs to do something about them. I have been seen here several times before. However, the Physicians and PA's were always so great so I continue to come back. But this is the end! Dr. R. Bethea-Sholly

The lady at the desk asked her to put a credit card on file. My daughter told her I did not have any credit cards and I have insurance you need to bill my insurance and if I'm responsible for a bill I will pay it. She said no, so now my daughter needs to find another urgent facility to help me when she's not feeling well. I want to warn others as well of how this facility is not helping people it's just for the money and not for my daughters or anyone else's care. Not a happy person, she's not feeling well. My experience with this facility has been a nightmare of medical negligence and administrative silence. Despite my repeated, urgent attempts to coordinate a safe transition for a close relative, the staff--specifically Social Workers Marjan S., Shenay A. and Unit Manager Erin T. - completely ignored formal emails, faxes, and phone calls regarding an unsafe discharge plan. We had a fully funded, clinical transfer ready for this relative at a specialized facility. Instead of assisting with this safe transition, Northwest Hospital chose to discharge a vulnerable individual with no resources, no medication, and no support system on December 31st. They effectively discharged a human being into homelessness in the middle of winter, despite being warned of the life-threatening consequences. The "Patient Experience" team is a ghost department; they do not respond to escalations. This hospital prioritizes "clearing beds" over human safety and clinical ethics. If you care about the survival of your loved one, do not let them be treated here. Their lack of communication and disregard for post-discharge safety is a disgrace to the medical profession.
