My sister recently got married here and the place is beautiful! If you have ever wanted to feel…read morelike you just got transported to Jurrasic Park(minus the Dinosaurs trying to eat you), then this is your place. The vegetation is literally everywhere & the place is massive. There are paths throughout the property that take you from place to place, there's a nice swimming pool, & several houses. What makes the Walton House so cool is the animals! There are so many different birds from parrots to peacocks, even flamingos. There are several species of monkeys & even a horse. A few cats live here as well which gave off a cool Key West Hemingway House vibe. As far as it being a wedding venue, everyone loved it. The ceremony area has an archway along with enough room for a large number of guests. Reception areas are fully capable of handling several hundred people. The staff was very welcoming & helpful. See my photos, as my words alone simply do the property no justice. I also posted a Yelp Tip showing the history of Walton House & how it came to be.

There is a huge barn for ceremony, dancing , etc. there are huge tiki huts for appetizers , bars, or what have you. And there is a large salon that can be opened to the beautiful grounds or closed if weather is having a tantrum. I could not get over the otherworldliness of this place. If you are researching venues for events, give this place a shot. The prices are very reasonable as well.

As beautiful as their videos are, they PALE in comparison to actually being there. This is probably one of the most seamless, high energy and aligned ceremonies I've ever been to. The staff were extremely on top of it, all while being super personable and kind. Any and every need was met! The whole night was such a love filled and radiant experience. In true SoFla fashion you have to be mindful of the weather if you're planning an event here. Thankfully, there is the indoor lounge and a covered area in the middle to allow guests to eat, drink and mingle. I'm unsure if the venue here only offers a certain caterer, so in our case the food was okay but not something to really write home about as they were small bites. Overall a cute place to hold an event and especially a wedding if one is looking for an intimate venue.

I most highly recommend Royal Mansion and Gardens. I recently had my Wedding there on Friday, March…read more22nd and it was absolutely magical. Originally it was going to be an indoor/ outdoor wedding and because of the torrential rain that day, everything had to shift. The turnaround was incredibly quick and it turned out to be more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. Every chair, every table, and every decoration was moved and shifted so quickly! Alexis, Justin, Stephanie and the whole staff outdid themselves. I'm so grateful and I applaud them for having such a wonderful team and for being so detailed and so extremely amazing and over the top! They exceeded my expectations! They treated us like family and they were so warm and welcoming to all of my guests. There are many venues out there, but none like this one. It is absolutely beautiful and worth it all the way around. The entire staff is excellent. Their venders are incredible too! The food that the chef made, the drinks that the bartenders made, the cake, the servers.... absolutely everything was delicious, the service was superb and everything was perfect! I look forward to having another celebration there and with them...my new friends! Please check out Royal Mansion and Gardens, for any event... you won't regret it. My wedding was even more special because of them! Thank you so much!

We attended a wedding reception at the Penthouse at Riverside Wharf in downtown Miami and had a…read morewonderful time. This is a great event venue mainly for a couple reasons: 1. It has excellent elevated views of the Miami skyline to the east and the Miami River, boats, and the W Flagler St Drawbridge (historical landmark, built in 1938) to the west. I believe the penthouse is located on the 10th floor of a relatively new building. 2. The venue is modern and versatile. The inside spaces (including restrooms) had a clean, updated look. For this event, there were multiple bars and food stations set up both indoors and outdoors. The dance floor was outside. The combination of string lights, rooftop patio decor, and the city skyline was beautiful. There was only one elevator to get everyone up and down, so there was a bottleneck there. They brought in a fire dancer to perform outside on the rooftop, which was really cool.

There's limited street parking, but there's an adjacent parking lot. I'd recommend using a valet service if you are hosting an event here. I absolutely loved the views here, which is why this place gets 5 stars!
