The turnaround was incredibly quick and it turned out to be more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. Every chair, every table, and every decoration was moved and shifted so quickly! Alexis, Justin, Stephanie and the whole staff outdid themselves. I'm so grateful and I applaud them for having such a wonderful team and for being so detailed and so extremely amazing and over the top! They exceeded my expectations! They treated us like family and they were so warm and welcoming to all of my guests. There are many venues out there, but none like this one. It is absolutely beautiful and worth it all the way around. The entire staff is excellent. Their venders are incredible too! Since the first day Daisy treated us very professional and nicely. She worked with my wife and me for 6 months so we could have the perfect wedding and it was everything we were expecting and more. DJ was on point with the music, nobody stopped dancing. Speaking of special, Wilfred, Juan Carlos and his team went above and beyond to help make everything perfect. From the time they gave us to set up, the friendliness and patience of his waitering staff and the bartender and specially the DJ. He was one of the most talented DJ's I've ever had and I've have been hosting parties at Olga's both personal and professionally for over twenty five years. He accommodated our own playlist for the entrance and dinner and then spun 80's, 90's music for our older friends and nailed it with the young crowd with the latest hits that they love. At Olga's one feels like they are dealing with family. They are so accommodating and professional that planning a party is a pice of cake with no stress. The nice breeze helps with this Miami weather. The instructor is super nice. Whether your an expert or a beginner (like me) she goes around and helps to make sure your posture and positioning is correct so that you don't hurt yourself. When I was able to schedule a viewing I showed up and all the gates were locked. I called and the person who answered the phone thought my appointment was 30 minutes later than what we planned. Then after waiting in the blistering hot sun for the lady to come open the gate for 20 minutes, I left. They called me 10 minutes after I left and I explained why I left and she never even apologized. Very disorganized and rude venue compared to others.
