In the Redlands Historic shopping center , street parking or public parking lot with in minutes from the store . Wow!!! Wow!!! I am mesmerized by so many antiques and vintage items in one roof. Friendly staff greets each customers as they enter the shop. I believe each room /dived section of the space has different owner , so each article has a tag with individual vendor information. I rarely leave negative reviews, but the way my family was treated at this establishment left me no choice. From the moment we arrived, the staff was dismissive. No greeting, no smile, just weird looks.. After about 20min of shopping around, out of nowhere, the old blonde lady behind the counter told my brother to put his camera bag behind the counter. I told her that the bag had very expensive camera equipment inside and that she would now be responsible for keeping an eye on it. Again she seemed very dismissive. Mind you, there were at least 15 other customers in the establishment with different types of bags (most much bigger than my brothers), but for some reason, my brothers mid-sized camera bag was an issue. At this point we had selected roughly $120 worth of merchandise that we were prepared to buy, but this incident happened as we were approaching the counter, making the entire experience even stranger. Obviously we put the merchandise back because I decided these clowns weren't getting a dollar of money and this review instead. I'm not one to throw the rasicim card out easily either but I didn't happen to notice that we were the only ones in the store that were not white.. Maybe this was a case of blatant discrimination, maybe not.. Either way, there are plenty of other places in the area that understand basic kindness and professionalism -- this is not one of them. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere unless you enjoy being ignored, stared at, and treated poorly. read more

So, when I say this is the biggest antique store I've ever been to...I mean it! Not sure why so many 1 stars but I kinda see why because a blanket was $60 which I'm sure was crocheted which any grandma could make but still.... At $60 or less, I could buy a new one without the chance of unidentifiable contaminates or damage to it! I love the selection! Workers seem really chill! Would I buy anything?....eh, if they dropped the prices by 50% but I honestly think this is a cute place to drop inside to browse with the little AC to cool off but not to buy. Older blonde lady at the front has a bad attitude! I've been in with no problems before and came today to get a birthday gift at 5pm. I opened the door and politely asked if they were open or closed as the sign said closed but the door was open, and their hours are clearly 530pm. The woman at the front unwelcomingly replied "Closing." She could've said anything such as you're welcome to shop but we are closing in 30 minutes, but her attitude made it very clear I was not welcome. I felt uncomfortable so I left. Ironically, I just looked at the reviews before writing this, and someone else wrote a negative review about this exact lady today!! Someone clearly should let her know she comes across unfriendly - it's costs nothing to be a bit nicer at your job. read more

June 12th 2025 my older brother Charles Hulsman was visiting from Tennessee He enjoys antique shops and finding clocks along with other trinkets at a great price. I figured I would take him to the Redlands galleria, I remembered it has three levels and have everything . I knew something would catch his eye and he would have a souvenir to take home. Unfortunately the downstairs basement was off limits due to "owner" moving. But low and behold as we walked around my sister myself and my brother Charles were able to find a little something so we didn't leave empty-handed. while we were in line my brother sparked a conversation with the lady behind us, I didn't get a chance to see her face or catch her name. And didn't give it much thought only because my brother is a talkative man and he always gets compliments on his attire and lots of praise and thanks for his service, now that he is retired more so than ever. As they were speaking about the clock he was purchasing the lady knew about it quite well he got the smaller version of it, but it was a wonderful find. The clock was something to add to his collection back home. Charles would be heading back to Tennessee in a couple of days out of his two weeks stay with us. When it came time to head to the airport in Ontario... Dropping them off we exchanged hugs and our goodbyes until next time. While Navigating through the airport he just so happened to run into the same woman from Redlands galleria... She was catching a flight the same as he, with unexpected LONG delays so they were both stuck at the airport for many hours building a friendship talking about life family friends and everything in between. He called her his flight delay buddy when it came time for them to part ways as the gentleman he is he gave her a nod and headed towards his next terminal. Later to only kick himself in the butt for thinking why he didn't approach her that one last time and give her a proper goodbye and hopefully could have exchanged contact information to stay in touch. My brother Charles is definitely looking forward to coming back and visiting during the winter. And I will be taking him back to Redlands to visit family and go to the Redlands galleria... I believe this lady lives in Redlands or has family out there and maybe has family following the Redlands buzz. it would be great for them to reunite if possible with only hopes and prayers carrying this message along. read more

I've never experienced the staff member most reference in their reviews that left a bad taste in their mouths, but the staff I've encountered does hover a bit. If you can get past that...you could easily kill 2 hours walking around. There is so much to see. The art is finding the gems in all the clutter as they are most definitely there. AVOID. I hate to leave this review because the shop itself has many cute items, but the way customers are treated is unacceptable. From the moment my cousin and I walked in, we were followed around by staff the entire time. We had no large bags and were holding items we intended to purchase. This store is covered in cameras--there is absolutely no reason to trail and intimidate paying customers instead of monitoring those. My cousin purchased a mirror clearly marked around $25 and a $1 mystery bag, yet was charged $49. Unfortunately, her blood sugar was critically low at the time, and she just wanted to leave, so she paid without questioning it further. When we later reviewed the receipt and item, it was clear she had been overcharged. She returned to the store with her receipt to address the mistake. Instead of being helped, she was immediately treated as if she were a thief and accused of placing a fake price sticker on the item. Again--there is a receipt, and there are cameras that could easily verify this. The employee refused to assist her and was rude and hostile throughout the interaction. My cousin was alone, pregnant, and spoken to in a demeaning and aggressive manner over an error that was not hers. Rather than continue to be berated, she left and absorbed the $20 overcharge. We will be filing reports with our bank, the BBB, and the City of Redlands regarding this business's practices. I strongly encourage others to read the reviews carefully and spend their money elsewhere. There are many antique shops nearby with welcoming, respectful staff. The treatment we experienced was discriminatory and unacceptable. No customer should be followed, accused, or spoken to this way--especially when they are in the right. After learning about my cousin's experience this morning, I immediately called the store and requested that a manager contact me. The employee who answered refused to arrange a callback and instead provided a phone number allegedly belonging to the manager, Judy. After multiple call attempts and a text message, there has been no response. The lack of accountability and unwillingness to address a serious customer complaint is concerning. If this business is not interested in resolving issues or responding to the numerous negative reviews already documented, it should be aware that continued disregard for customers will result in the loss of support from the Redlands community. read more

It's tucked right in downtown, so street parking is easy enough, and the staff is genuinely friendly--even when they're busy. I love the thrill of rummaging through quirky collectibles, retro decor, and unique jewelry. The vendor upstairs by the bathrooms had some great jewelry at very reasonable prices. Great location right in the center of Downtown Redlands. I have found some great finds but be prepared to hunt for a good deal. Since this shop is in such a prime location, they get a lot of traffic from looky loos in the store. They view the store as a museum instead of an actual shopper. I have noticed the vendors at the first floor of the store are much more expensive than the upstairs. Rent is probably more expensive but be prepared to overspend on an item that may or may not even be an antique. I have found some of the vendors downstairs resell "vintage" looking items that I found on Amazon. The cashier told me that nothing under $50 is negotiable so vendors will mark their items at 49.99 so the price is firm. read more

They close at 5 pm on Sunday so we stopped by 20 minutes before closing time and boy they are serious about it, they let you know as soon as you step inside the store, they start closing parts of the place, various floors and so on. Aren't these folks interested in selling? The merchandise varies in quality and prices but they have some funky items here, it is worth checking it out if you are in the area. Unfortunately, this situation still crosses my mind so I wanted to update any future customers. I was able to get in contact with the manager, Judy, over the phone. When speaking with her she reassured me that she would be addressing the situation, would get back to me by the end of the day, and even offered to give me a gift certificate. This was almost 3 weeks ago now and I have heard nothing back. Please do not trust these people (for multiple reasons). There are so many other antique stores you can visit in the Redlands area. I understand the store is big and appealing, however the way they treat people is uncalled for. Please do not give your money to them. read more

Growing up in Highland, I've come to this galleria numerous of times in my life. I've recommended this place to many people & even brought many friends throughout the years. Came back on 3/19, wanting to enjoy my day off & find some great finds (in which I did) however this time was different from the many, many times I've visited. Usually, you are greeted when coming in. I couldn't help but notice when walking in we were met with silence and stares by the two front desk ladies, blonde curly hair and other dark brown hair. I made eye contact with both when entering and smiled, however we were left with cold look & silence. "How welcoming" I commented to my partner. He noted the silence too. Of course, the people who entered afterwards were welcomed with a warm greeting, not sure what about us caused a different experience. Don't usually like to throw the race card but yes we were the only nonwhite people in the store at the time. Pretty disheartening, nevertheless made the best out of it & did find some pretty sick thrift finds. Probably gonna just stick to the riverside location as they're usually pretty welcoming there. While this place is neat I was made to feel very uncomfortable. I came here on August 26th with my two sibling and we were walking around reminiscing about our childhood when we noticed this older lady with bleached hair following us around. At first we didn't think anything of it just thinking she was putting stuff back but soon it became very apparent she was following us when we moved away to a different spot on the top floor and suddenly there she appeared out nowhere. We decided to leave since we all felt super uncomfortable and unwelcomed. Idk why she felt the need to follow us, maybe it could be because we were all Hispanic but seeing the reviews we aren't the only ones who have felt this way. Maybe this place should have an intervention with their staff on how to treat people with respect. read more

If you're looking for somewhere to search for random antiques this is it. The place is huge, at three stories. I always try to visit when I'm in Redlands. Few notes there a lot of stalls so you'll need time. Also, I don't trust the elevator, but that is me. Additionally, the central air isn't the greatest, so maybe avoid here on a hotter day. Outside of that, have fun and find some hidden treasures. In regards to pricing, you'll find some things very well priced and others that are way overpriced. Make sure to research before buying, unless you just have to have something. If you are planning to visit during market night, know they are often closed early on Thursdays. read more

I've considered Redlands Galleria one of our favorite stores but it's become apparent that it's now a thing of the past. The wife & I stopped in today after brunch & a woman who identified herself as the "new manager" was incredibly rude and was putting down some of the vendors that I believe pay the stores rent. Recently the this place was on the up & up you could find very unique things. Not only antiques but collectible toys, comics, clothing and handmade items you can't get anywhere else. One of my wife's favorite vendors was already ran out. We don't support bad management that quash local artists so we won't be back. RIP Redlands galleria, I hope everyone there finds another place to sell their goods. read more

If you are looking for intriguing items from the past, then this is a good place to come. It is three floors full of small booths filled with old vintage jewelry to toys to old cameras. It's a good place to come and kill time while walking in Redlands downtown. The entire place is very similar to other vintage shops. Overall look and feel of the store is on the "meh" side. Nothing special to talk about. It would be nice if the booths were setup better (more organized) Categorize the booths by sections might make the entire shopping experience better. read more

Prices are outrageous, lots of items that are Nazi or blackface memorbilia, and the building is falling apart. The staff also is incredibly rude there seems to be two males and one female working and they can usually be heard talking about how much they hate working there. Ive even overheard the males make racist comments/jokes to each other. The worst of them all is the blonde woman working there, she seems to have a horrible attitude and I overheard her complaining about everything including customers. The staff is incredibly rude, did not even acknowledge that we walked in, they were staring at us up & down without even saying hello? There were three girls. The blonde with tattoos, the heavier set gal, & curly haired gal. They were talking POORLY about customers & everytime someone walked in they would just look at them with nasty looks. AAAAAAMAAZZZZING antique store!!!! One of the best I've ever been to. They're are 4 STORIES!!! A lot of really great options. You could spend hoursss in there! I wish I had more time to explore but I was on a time crunch. Be prepared with a big car! I would've have gotten more but it couldn't fit in my car and they don't do any shipping! You would think with it being more of a "destination spot" that it would be able to ship, but I wanted to buy a cabinet that wouldn't fit in my car and they told me they wouldn't accommodate any shipping. That was the only bummer... My 13 year old went in there the other day and found a really cool Star Wars pocket watch. He purchased it with his Christmas money and when we got home we realized the watch did not work. I called a couple days later to explain the situation to which I was informed "sorry, all sales are final" The worst part is that this watch is available online brand new for less than he paid. Went in during an old car show and in the short half hour I was there, I found so many cool things! They have an amazing selection of old clothing and rare/vintage items. But, I really don't like how early they close. When I went, they began shutting down before 5:00. It was a Sunday, but even 5:00 is early for a Sunday. Had been going there for many years. Loved it. But just recently they refused to sell me an item. It was taken away from me by an older female staff. When I inquired about it, she said I must have misplaced it. When I requested to look at the video they stated it does not record it only shows actual time. I was told maybe it was misplaced and look for it tomorrow. Came the next day and they played racist music on their system about picking cotton in the south . New management ? The younger female staff act professional and polite. Oh yeah I opened my purse for a staff member to look inside I felt very uncomfortable which I am sure is what they wanted. Let me start with the good part of why they deserve at least one star. they have great stuff, very interesting and not bad prices. but. There's two older ladies that work there & two younger ones. the younger girls were nice and kind. cant say so for the older white women. my bf & i felt followed, eyes were on us the whole time. we saw KKK, blackface dolls, & confederate flag "decor" i honestly felt discriminated by the older women there, it was not at all welcoming i cant even imagine other peoples experience when i'm just a tanned skin mexican!! those ladies need to be put into a retirement home & they need new workers. read more
