They said no appointment was necessary but you have to be here by 11:30 or after 1pm. I went to address that was on the web site but they had moved to a different building.They could have mentioned that but didn't. The place I went to said they don't tell anybody and even had a flyer with the new address. So I get there about 11:25. Sign in then the receptionist comes out a few minutes later and tells me that I have to come back after 1pm because there are 2 ahead of me and it's after11:30 which it wasn't. She had a major attitude when I told her I would have been here earlier if they had told me they moved. So she said that's not our fault and you have to come back after 1pm or you can just go somewhere else. So I said I will go elsewhere. My gripe is maybe they should say 11:15 instead of 11:30 and not have an attitude problem
