I went to dr Jarrett for a consult after my son was in a car accident. He was very eager to give me info on the process and treatment. I was grateful. He also referred me to an attorney for my son's case but I had already spoken to another attorney in which I decided to use. (Which now I look back and it does seem odd that he mentioned multiple times I should contact his attorney referral) When I called doctor to make an appt for my son to begin treatment I was asked if I had hired "his attorney" and said no. I was then told the doctor needed to speak with my attorney first to determine IF he would treat my son?!? So basically if I had gone with his attorney then everything would be fine but since I didn't (and obviously he would get not get a kick back) then he wasn't sure he could treat my son. Lawsuit or not I was willing to pay cash just like anyone else would being treated. I thought doctors want to treat patients and didn't realize it comes down only to a payout. I will never ever give this man my business and will make sure to tell my friends. I had initially reached out based on positive reviews...beware!!! read more

I've been having a lot of back/neck issues, so I decided to make an appointment here. I was given an appointment with Dr. Castleman the following day after calling. She is AMAZING. Chiropractors have always been kind of reluctant to adjust me because of prior injuries I sustained in a motorcycle accident and were never able to really help any pain. Not Dr. Castleman. She did a super thorough assessment of me and my injuries and asked a lot of questions. She got so much movement out of my first adjustment, it was crazy. I have now been to her 3x and the pain I was experiencing before has greatly subsided! I have never been to Dr. Jarrett, so I can't comment on him, but Dr. Castleman is a life saver. She is super personable and professional. Definitley knows her craft! Highly recommend her! read more

We have been going to Dr. Jarrett for 12 years and he is a great doctor - if he wasn't we'd be going to someone else. We've also had treatments with Dr. Castleman and she is great too. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Better to have a doctor that tells you right up front that you need different treatment instead of stringing you along wasting your time and money! I've been going to Dr. Jerrett for about 4 years now. Dr. Jerrett is actually the only Chiropractor I have ever gone to, so I was nervous my first few visits. I've gone for neck pain mostly, but he has also helped with vertigo and my hip even pops out of place from time to time. I feel instant relief each and every time I see Dr. Jerrett. He always takes the time to explain everything in terms that I can understand I never feel rushed and I've actually learned a lot about my own body! Just had my first appointment with Dr. Jarrett, I can't believe how much better I feel. It is like a 50lb weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I suffer from chronic neck pain due to several car accidents in the past as well as back and neck injuries from roller derby and dirt bike riding. I had horrible leg pain and my leg was completely swollen. I went to see my doctor 2 times that week and went to urgent care. At urgent care, they turned me away because they said there is "nothing they could do about it." I made a last minute appointment with Dr. Jarrett and he was able to see me the next day. I thought I had a muscle problem, but he checked my sciatica and other issues and all of it was fine. He told me that I was showing signs of a blood clot, and he advised me to go to the ER right away. I went to the ER, and it turned out that his diagnosis was correct. I had surgery the next day, and now I'm doing better. Out of all of the appointments I had that week, Dr. Jarrett is the only one who understood the severity of the pain and the only one who suggested it could be a vascular issue, not a muscle problem. I had a great chiropractor in San Diego and wasn't sure he was going to be replaceable upon my move to the IE. I looked high and low and could not find a chiropractor through my insurance company within 50 miles. Finally after nearly three years I could not take the pain any more and my husband started cold calling chiropractors in the area to see if they would take our insurance. Dr. Jarrett was his success story. I got in to see Dr. Jarrett within two weeks for a new patient appointment. I did have to take time off work to come in, especially since I worked in Ontario at the time and getting in before they closed was impossible, but he does stay over an hour later than most doctors. I have now been seeing Dr. Jarrett for about 4 months and I feel leaps and bounds better. He is completely interested in his patients' well being and has even asked for copies of my imaging to better assist in treatment.
