I left work early to get it redone my new appointment was 3 pm I show up at 2:45 pm door is locked maybe he's on lunch or something 3 pm comes still nothing I texted him saying hey bro I'm here 3:30 pm I leave I'm not waiting any longer he replies hours later saying he had something come up. Wouldn't recommend not a very good spot to do business people there are very unreasonable, was told at first that my defroster wouldn't get damaged then later on guess what they say we might half to scrape your window defroster so I replied I still want you guy to do it just not the back window after that they just didn't want to have anything to do with my car? But I am writing this review cause I first inquired to them about tinting the windows on my Nissan hardbody, they gave me a set price ( not a quote ) on insta DM and we set up a time to come in, when I first got to their establishment I mentioned and showed the guy the conversation I had with from what he told me was " the owner " So then he proceeded to fill out an order form which stated the previous price ($50) I was giving Clearly stating what windows would be included (Two sides AND the rear) then he come back to me and says they cant do it at that price, that that was the price for ONLY the side windows, that if I wanted the rear window, it would be an additional $60! Last Friday I went for a roof wrap and I was told a 3 hour wait until it was done. I waiter from 9-12 and when I got back I was just told that they were just getting started. Like what the hell I ended up staying because I was too nice to say fuck off but what where they doing for 3 hours with my car. I had to wait a total of 5 hours and 30 minutes for it to be done. If I wasn't to nice I would have just dipped but the employees seemed like they had their hands full. And to top things off they have the audacity to use my car to post on their Instagram with out my permission and do not even tag me. I will not recommend this shop to anyone but the boys working did do a good job with the rap. I just think the manager just does not know how to schedule clients. read more

If I could give this company a 0 I would. Horrible tint job, horrible customer service, and expensive. I have actually reported this business to the Better Business Bureau. My boyfriend and I got my Kia forte tinted here and the windows immediately bubbled. They told us to leave it out in the sun and the bubbles would go away. We did that and the bubbles got worse. We tried calling the store and that's when things got bad. No one would answer the phone for days so we left multiple voicemails, which again no one returned. My boyfriend was finally able to get a hold of someone on the phone and they told us to bring it by Monday morning. We he called Monday morning no one answered the phone. He went to the store at 10:30 am. The sign said open but the door was locked and the lights shut off. I went down to the store at 11:45, same thing, store sign says open but doors locked. We both called multiple times with no answer. I sent a text to the number on the door asking what time they would be open. Finally got a reply stating "Be there in 10 min" 25 min later someone showed up. Francisco said he only came in to fix one window. I told him all 6 windows were bad and either needed to be fixed or I wanted a refund. Francisco refused to give me a refund and I asked to talk with the manager or owner, which he refused to give me, stating, "he's out of town". Francisco kept going to the back of the shop to call the owner and relay my messages but refused to let me talk with the owner directly. They refused to refund my money and stated he would only fix the window tint if I left the car there all day. I told hi that he could either fix the window in a more timely manner, take off the tint and refund my money or I would report this issue to the Better Business Bureau. Francisco stated, his owner said i could go ahead and report it. This is a horrible place and I highly recommend that everyone take their business elsewhere. I get quoted high on price while other people he likes more, he would quote them dirt cheap... I asked for a $100 tint job... He refused, even after I have spent a minimum 1000$ with this guy on different accessories for my cars... But yet... I know quite a bit of other people who has been hooked up at $100 for full tint, but yet refused to help me out.. Dont go to this guy... I would not recommend this place not even to my worst enemy, horrible service horrible quality. I don't know how they're still in business. Clearly the only positive reviews here have to be from friends and family. No one can do business and still be a float the way they are, I don't see them lasting much longer if they keep up this way. Took a vehicle there three weeks ago to get all windows tinted and after completion there were clearly bubbles in the tint and was told that they would come out but if they didn't to come back and they would fix it. After a week the bubbles actually got worse I called many times with no answer and when they finally did pick up, I asked him if I can come in that same day they said no they had other cars to do but then told me to come in on Monday. I showed up Monday at 9 o'clock like I was told but no one was available the doors were locked with the open sign on the door lit up and hours clearly marked Monday through Friday 9 to 6, and no answer on the phone once again. I called many times and still no answer and left several messages. I and my girlfriend sent text messages to the number listed saying we would report them to the Better Business Bureau and within minutes we got a response back saying that they will be there in 10 minutes. However, 25 minutes later someone shows up at 12:35 well after the scheduled time of opening and refused to give us a refund and to do all the damaged windows over. They wanted to only do one window originally and after going back-and-forth they still refused to refund us and do the windows. The owner still would not talk to us and told his employee to just let us report them to the Better Business Bureau so we did. I took my other vehicle to a place in San Bernardino called Prestise window tinting and they did a great job, no bubbles on the first day. I swore by this place because I grew up in San Bernardino and that's where they're main location is, Freddy has done my tint before, HIDs and interior LEDs in my car. So I decided to make an appointment with Unlimited through IG, to redo old tint on my car (wasn't unlimited work) I asked him just to do my two sides windows and back windshield he quoted me and I asked him if Saturday @5pm is okay he said that time was fine. I also added additional work smoking my taillights so all in total of $250 dollars of work! He asked for a deposit to hold my appointment, which was no problem I sent it to him the second he asked for it! Comes Saturday my friend also needed her windows tinted so I tagged her in the page so she can write them and right away they take her a hour before my appointment, she even told them I referred her! Once we picked up her car to drop off my car, right as I show freddys son my windows and how I wanted them he refused & said they didn't have time for it today when I told Freddy my windows had old tint! I only didn't wanna change the front ones because he recently did them! Then freddys son asks him if they can do it anyways, nope not a chance because they close at "5pm" why in the fuck would you schedule me at 5 if you are closed at 5 makes no sense to me, seriously. Then he tells me his dad runs the IG page and that he must have misunderstood what I wanted. So all in all they only did my smoked tail lights, and then expected me to pay him full price for the smoked tail lights when I left him a 25 dollar deposit, I'm sorry but after I drove 45 mins because I am no longer in the Redlands area you think I am going to come back? On top of that Freddy is unprofessional, he's yelling at his son in front of my husband about OUR DEPOSIT. Treat your son better, don't have him talk for you! It's crazy how many similar comments you have. Then this guy unfollows and blocks me on IG pathetic lol after I give you business and my friend gives you business.
