Multi level covered structure. Take the elevator or stairs to the bridge level, walk across the bridge. Then take elevators or stairs back down to ground level. It'll bring you in between buildings. The adult hospital will be on the right hand side. Gift shop will be at this entrance, follow the hall straight to the front check in area. You'll obtain a wristband to pass thru security desk. Just behind security are the elevators. To the left of the security desk is the cafeteria. All staff were very kind and helpful. While I was wandering around looking for the correct entrance a lovely staff assisted me and continued to walk me in the right direction. Over and beyond helpful always brings an extra comfort when family members are undergoing surgery or recovering. The quality of service here exceeded expectation.

Both the front and back parking areas are consistently overcrowded and poorly managed. Kaiser is a major healthcare provider, and its facilities should have adequate parking for both patients and employees. The current situation is frustrating, inconvenient, and unfair to everyone who uses the facility. This is an issue that deserves immediate attention and improvement.

They welcomed our client's birth plan, respected her support team (including me as her doula), and worked collaboratively to create a positive birth experience. I was especially impressed by the OB on call, who wholeheartedly supported my client's goal of having a vaginal birth and did everything she could to help make that happen. I wish I could remember her name because she deserves the recognition! Our L&D nurse, Laura, was also exceptional. She was compassionate, attentive, and made sure none of my client's birth wishes were overlooked. What concerned me even more was the pressure I felt to sign an arbitration agreement that would limit my ability to bring legal claims. Between the medication error, the lack of accountability, and that experience, I have serious concerns about the quality of care and transparency at this facility. Families should carefully review their loved one's medications and ask questions.
