Some of them left me on hold for HOURS and then hung up on me without helping me. But for WEEKS, I have been trying to get my dad his medication and for hours with them on hold and transferring me because they don't handle my situation in that department. My situation was literally when can I get my dad his medicine?!? It had been PROCESSING since mid January and now it's mid February. I can't get ONE single answer from them. After I finally switched to Lumicera (Shoutout to Lumicera because they were able to help me out within 30 minutes and get my dad his medicine the NEXT DAY) But after switching pharmacies I finally get a call from Accredo telling me that ..... my dad's medicine is being PROCESSED !! Thanks for wasting my time Accredo and thanks for wasting your money to give people jobs where they don't do anything to help because this company probably has a really sh*tty process that their employees also have to go through.

My doctors office sent the prescription through on November 1st and it took them almost 2 months to find, fix and provide it to the dr. They kept telling me it was pending and then when I called again they said they didn't have the prescription. Started the process all over again at the beginning of December and I ended up complaining to a manager to get the process completed in December and was told there would no charge. They didn't keep their word are running the prescription in January and trying to charge 389 dollars because they purposely held it up so I would have to pay. Company sucks!!! Giving them a 1 because ZERO STARS is not an option.

My doctor said I would more than likely have to heal and do nothing for 3 months, but I felt like there had to be something. I came to Kinematics and I immediately felt welcomed, it didn't feel like some boring office building, the crew, environment, and the therapy was unreal. I never once of my 2 months coming in felt forced to go. The crew really cared about getting me better and pushed me even when I was dying from the workout. Lastly, the equipment was great, me being a baseball player they had the correct equipment for me to get back in to swinging and rotating with no pain! Being a catcher they even had drills for me to do specialized for my position, this is for all sports too whatever sport you play they got it. I just had my last workout session before Summer Ball and I feel ready and stronger to get back on the field. Thank you Kinematics!

I knew it was time to call Dr. Cho again. He was kind enough to squeeze me the same day. He indicated that my pelvis was out of alignment and did his thing. I am happy to report that I feel sooo much better just after 1 treatment. I thought it would take a few adjustments before I started feeling any improvement...but luckily, I am already feeling it after just 1 adjustment!!! Has to be in the top worst urgent care experiences so far. At 10am I made an online appointment for…read more1:45pm. I checked in for an appointment 10 minutes earlier and my estimated wait time was 27-42 minutes even though I had an appointment. They send you a text message before your assigned appointment explains that if you are 10 minutes late your appointment will be canceled. But when you arrive they want your payment upfront. Should waive payment if they are over 10 minutes from your assigned appointment. However, their monitor is very inaccurate and misleading as it informs you in real-time what approximate wait time is. The problem is that is was way off. I was not called into the office until 1 hour and 18 minutes. Then it took another 19 minutes for the physician to see me in the exam room. Dr was friendly and I diagnosed and exited the room after 2 minutes after being seen. A couple observations were made from this experience. 1. You are better off getting a better wait time but reporting in person and returning. 2. Just go to ER. I did not see the benefit for making an online appointment. Total waste of time! This is so sad because the VA contracts with this establishment and after this experience I am writing to the VA to inform that they should not renew and future contracts if this is how they treat veterans! I literally could have waited less by driving to the VA hospital ER and getting a better treatment.
