My living room and bedrooms needed to be swept again. The kitchen sink and counters still had spots that i had to clean. I was very disappointed with the higher price and less than good clean. It was important to us to use a dry cleaning system that would not effect my allergies or our pets in any way. We had many stains from children spilling food to pet stains. Tim spent a lot of time and used various Green Pro products associated with specific cleaning applications. I was totally amazed at how the cleaning removed the stains, with no odor and left our carpet looking like new! I liked the fact that we did not have to put pads under the legs of our furniture after cleaning like you would have to do for water and steam cleaning. Our carpet still looks like new months after having him clean it. He spent a lot of time working on our floors to ensure he gaves us the best cleaning and service possible. I again gave them a chance and today when they were all set to come , I get an email 30 minutes before the scheduled timing that they have a medical emergency and cannot come. We waited for the whole day , try to contact her few times as we didn't schedule anyone else but she never picked up the phone. Later in the evening i called from my friend's phone and she picks up but immediately hanged up the line after listening to my voice and later never picked up the phone. I would suggest to never try them as its not safe to have such liers in our house. This is the second time they did this and I guess this is the normal business for them to fool around and lie. Once they get any other job paying few dollar more, they drop the scheduled one !! Very sad
