Looks like they took off the good parts and replaced them with old parts so they could use my parts elsewhere. The bike runs like shit and rattles because they didn't put all the screws back in. They charged an outrageous price to screw me over. If you buy a bike from them do the repairs yourself. The use used motor oil for the oil change as well.

Found another listing in San Fransisco. Farther than I expected but had a family gathering anyway. The deal on the second boat worked out! Outside was kinda dirty and not a lot of information since the owner had serious health issues. Still Jeff Palmer and I talked a bunch. The first offer was rejected but a few weeks later I called and Jeff said no other buyers came up. We raised the bid and waited. a week or so and Jeff emailed saying he was still working on it. When I offered to take the boat as-is where is, no survey. Say yes to the offer and I'll send the money. A couple of days later and she was mine.
