The work is A-1, no issues on that department. However the lies behind the owner are real. He keeps taking more work that he can handle, so its force to tell the customers that they send the wrong parts. Typical story with this auto body shops. I keep taking my car back and fore, because he keeps lien to me. I couldn't get to it, over and over for over three months. That goes to show the uneducated and disrespect to the customers. If you start a business make sure you are capable able to keeping your promises. Sorry but I can't trust this business again. read more

Dealing with auto body shops is painful in general. You never really get what you expect from them - price, time, etc. Parma Auto Body is no different. I took my vehicle to them after an accident to have body work done. Despite promises of being done in 2 days, it took nearly 3 weeks. In the end, my car rental was almost as expensive as the repair. They worked with me a bit on pricing, but after throwing in the cost of my rental, there was no savings at all. In fact, to make it worse, I actually had to take my vehicle back later because one of the parts malfunctioned. They provided a car for us this time but it was a huge hassle and they made us pay for the car upfront and reimbursed us later. Not pleased. I will probably not use them again if for no reason other than they take wayyyyyyyy too long to complete the repairs. read more

Parma Auto Body is the only place to take your vehicle after an accident. Bill will guide you with ease through the process.. They will handle all the red tape with the insurance companies.... We bumped and dented the back bumper of our rental car with two days to the return date. We were met at the shop at 8:00am by Bill and had the car back the following day by noon. The repair job was incredible better than new. Talk about amazing service. It proves you can buy peace of mind if your working with the right people and Parma Auto Body folks are the best. read more

This company is absolutely AWESOME! I had auto body and auto mechanic work completed here as I was recommended to the business by a coworker. I was glad that I did. Bill and Dustin are very professional businessmen but most importantly they provide their customers with the highest quality outcomes. I highly recommend this auto body shop for friendly, timely and quality service. Bill was very accommodating to my need to get my bumper damage repaired quickly. I have a subaru forester. The owner/manager is a former subaru mechanic. I found the service to be tip top and the information he gave regarding my Subaru was very helpful. I am taking my car there again to have all fluids, tune up, and axle replaced. Good price, good quality. The garage is small, and he is busy, so call ahead to set up a time. read more

I found out I didn't have rental car coverage and it was going to cost me a lot of money to rent a car. Well Rick was able to schedule my repair when I was out of town so I wouldn't have to pay extra for the rental car. My car was also repaired earlier than what I was originally told all because they knew I had to pay out of pocket for my rental car. The repair was perfect! It looked brand new! A few months later my front turn signal went out and the way my car is designed it impossible to replace the bulb without taking the tire off, removing the battery, and going in through the wheel well!! Well I called Rick and he had me bring in the bulb and my vehicle and he squeezed me in a replaced it for free! He is a great business owner and therefore Axelrod collision is a great business!!
