I used R&R to repair some accident damage to my vehicle. I gave them two stars because they did a nice job on the body work, however, they did a lousy job on the mechanical. I had constant noise coming from underneath the hood after their "repair'. Ultimately I had to have my car repaired correctly at another shop. Not a chance that I'd use this place again. read more

I went to R and R autobody for an estimate on my car. I was backed into and received damage to my hood and driver's side headlight. I got the estimate and received my car but when i received my car I was missing my bumper and BOTH headlights(including the headlight assembly). I called R and R and left a voicemail. The next day I received a call from Bob(the rep who provided my estimate). He told me there was nothing he could do and i had waited too long to bring up the situation. R and R autobody STOLE from me then told me I had waited too long to notify them that they had STOLEN my parts. I am still buying parts for my headlights. I will NEVER recommend R and R autobody to a friend nor will i bring businees of any kind to this place. STEALING from your customers is immoral and a distasteful way to conduct business. read more

I just want to say the best place to get your vehicle fixed if you are in need of bodywork or like me adding a retrofit bumper. I had the local Mercedes-Benz dealership send me to Suburban Collision 3x, first time the paint color was 6 shades off, screws missing and 3 shades the second time, 3rd time, they couldn't seem to see what was wrong with the first two attempts. Thankfully I was recommended by a friend to Joe Roemer at R & R, 2 days and done PERFECTLY! I was out of a car for a month with the idiots at Suburban! If you have a Mercedes or a Porsche, or any other vehicle that you value a job done write the first time and at a great price, go to these guys! R & R is awesome! read more

Omg, where to begin? I went to R&R because I had heard many good things about them and they have been around forever. Obviously, I was wrong...... Let's start with the free estimate: the final price was almost 75% over the initial estimate. Also, no excuse was shared on why the price was so high. Moving forward, I took my car in for weather stripping replacement and they let it sit outside in the rain for several days before beginning the repairs. This caused minor water damage to the interior and trunk pan. I emailed the manager and asked him park the car indoors and he replied "we can't guarentee that, so come and get it. " Next issue was the quality of work. After two weeks, I finally got the vehicle home, I noticed a rough, sand like feel on the paint. This was body shop over spray. I had to take the car to a professional detailer and have the hood and trunk clay bared ($400). Now the car looks great!!!!! DON'T GO TO R&R AUTO BODY!!!!!! read more
