The first time we ever went there we were mocked for not knowing how it worked. We were there for my son's 6th birthday, but luckily kids are oblivious to that. We tried again and had a much better experience checking in as it was with a different gentleman, but unfortunately, we had a negative experience leaving. Our child accidentally spilled some food and we apologized to a different guy as we were leaving and he rolled his eyes at us and said "Jesus." We felt awful. I work with the public and if I spoke to someone like that, I would be fired. Anyway- I want to love it, and the building was beautiful and felt clean, but we can't justify going back.

Their prices for everything, from tickets to concessions and even food and cocktails are also so much cheaper than any major theater chain, I'm not sure why you would come see a movie anywhere else. Still, it's hard to beat, and we were lucky enough to grab a couple tickets to see our first movie in a theater in more than a year. And while I was nowhere near as excited to see "Tom and Jerry" as my wife was, it was still a very relaxing, enjoyable time. I forgot how much I have missed that communal theater experience. This isn't the most luxurious theater that we've ever been in, but our experience with this cinema warrants our 5-star review. Parking was plentiful and free. Staff, who sold both tickets and concessions, were friendly and efficient. Tickets were a bargain at $7 for showings before 6 pm. The theater had comfortable seating and good picture and sound quality. Restrooms were clean. And, most importantly for this particular day -- they had great temperature control! Unfortunately, the movie that we selected wasn't too good, but we can't blame the cinema for that!
