Didn't close until 10/23/2020 and still didn't close on that day due to the mortgage company's lack of competence. A complete disaster. Still have $1,100 in the wind from the insurance difference.... 100% will deter and point someone in another direction rather than allowing them to be tossed around by this mortgage company....
