Shawn came and did a great job for a week and told us he would be back in a few weeks to finish the job. I thought this was weird but Shawn was reliable and easy to work with up until then so we said okay and paid him for the work. Now Shawn won't come back and answer any of my husband and I's calls and texts. We are left with 1500 square feet of flooring that is not finished and have to hire someone else to come and complete the work that Shawn started and was paid to do. It's super unfortunate as he did a great job up until ghosting us. Beware of hiring Shawn unless you want to be left with an unfinished job too!
