    I needed a quote and RCC came the next day. They took measurements and asked questions. I had the quote the next day. Very professional.

    I hired David Leitch to fix my central air conditioning system in August of 2019. I had explained…read moreto him that our unit provides us with air as well as heat in the winter. He explained that the DC board in my unit needed replaced and when that happens the whole motor also needs replaced. He charged me $808 and completed the job in early September 2019. Once the weather started getting colder, we switched to heat and noticed it wasn't working well and there was a red blinking light on my thermostat. I called Dave once again and he came out and looked and said I needed a new thermostat which he would order. When he came back to install it he had mentioned there was a short in a wire and that he wanted me to message him over the weekend to let him know how cold it became in the house. Well after about 7 messages and at least 15 calls I hadn't heard back from him. So I put a negative comment on his Facebook Business page. Well he IMMEDIATELY contacted me and told me that he had seen what I posted and "good luck getting your heat fixed" was his response .. Having no other choice but to call another HVAC company i did so only to find out I needed a new motor for my AC unit as the one currently in it wasn't even the correct one for that unit. The new tech showed me a picture of what the motor should look like and what it actually looks like and the difference made me sick. Dave completely screwed me over and rigged my system to only work for a short period. I now have to pay AGAIN for a new motor. I would not recommend David Leitch for anything. And that would include changing the water in my dogs bowl. He isnt to be trusted. He will look you right in the eyes and lie to your face. That's what he did for me. I'll give him just one star only because I cant leave zero.

The office was very patient with me in trying to decide on an appointment time that would work and the technician that was assigned, Terry, was outstanding. He arrived on time which was very much appreciated and he took the extra time to answer a lot of questions I had about how best to care for the water heater. I had written down some questions that I wanted to ask him and he very thoughtfully wrote down all of the answers to my questions. Much appreciation!!

LH Plumbing & Heating stepped up to the plate and had our new furnaces installed and working great before we actually needed them! We have been using LH Plumbing & Heating for a couple decades and they have always gone above and beyond from heating, new water heater, and sewer tank issues. Yep, that was our last "homeowner" issue and we had two guys here for several hours, They didn't leave until we were able to get showers etc.... The employees are very respectful and explain in detail the service they are providing. I highly recommend them.

    Absolutely terrible customer service! I originally contacted them in April to have a propane…read morefireplace inspected as I couldn't get it to light. Then, we discovered that the propane wasn't being filled by them so that is why it wouldn't light. After about 2 months of calling them asking for the propane to be filled, they finally sent someone out and filled it. Next, they claimed they couldn't inspect the fireplace without a pressure test of the line. Another 2 months of them no-showing for multiple appointments, they finally came in October and completed the pressure testing and inspection of the fireplace. Afterwards, I was told I needed a part which would be in the next week. After five weeks of not hearing anything, I called them. They told me that they have no record of ever coming out to my house and that they would have to come and do the same thing again. Then, when I told them that they had already been to my house for the service appointment, they told me that they have no record of me being a customer. They then wanted to charge me another insane amount to come out again. I'm finally just done and going to call somewhere else. Apparently these people don't want the business.

    Hired them to install minisplits. Very responsive and super nice. All of the techs were very…read morefriendly and customer service-oriented. The quality of their work seems to be ok. Dustin W was the main installer and he was very conscientious and cared about the quality of his work. He frequently check with me at various stages to make sure what he was doing was consistent with my expectations in terms of locating wiring, pipes, etc. I will say that one of the other guys installed a couple of the condensation drains and cut them too close to the siding so they left big ugly stains on the siding, but when I complained, they came back and extended the drains to eliminate that problem. In another place the condensation was dripping where it would cause the deck joist to rot (but I relocated that myself). Scheduling follow-up maintenance has been easy. Unfortunately Triangle was one of the few who responded to my requests for quotes so I don't have many comparisons but they seem to be sort of expensive.

When I was upset about the price, oh they do financing. I spent $90 for this "evaluation ." I will be hiring someone else to do this work, that will work on the first visit and do what is asked. Also didn't show up when they were scheduled, which screwed up my daughter's second shift work schedule.

Luckily they had one at the shop ($1300 which I agreed to pay) but not worries thus far. He wrapped up and moved along... the next day, I was concerned about the pricing and asked a local HVAC distributor about the price on the motor and they priced it at $200.... Seriously? 600 % mark up? Looks at the invoice and realized I was charged for 4 hours... my phone log and cameras show he called when he left his previous job at 3:29pm and left my house at 6:30pm. When I called the office the next day they needed to check on a few things but would call me back. Their response: part was another end model and was therefore more expensive. 6-1/2 times more expensive? I have to admit he did tell me it was expensive. As far as the rake, they informed me that they build door-to-door meaning from when he leaves his last appointment to whenever he either clocks out or goes to his next appointment so I was charging an additional hour for most likely his travel home. Sour grapes? Maybe but do yourself a favor. Get the details of the pricing before you commit to anything.

    In December I had my furnace serviced by this company. Their service man did a sloppy job and…read moreknocked a line loose in furnace. I found a pool of water. He came back tightened one end of what he knocked loose. Next day more water. They sent another guy who determined the wrong end was tightened and needed the other end tightened of what was knocked loose. Not one issue was had until their workers showed up. I got a bill for the furnace service which I paid on time. Weeks later I got a bill for $68 for their second appearance at my Home where they came to fix something their men messed up. I left two-three voicemails at the office with no return call. Got a call from their office in January which I told their office lady what happened and I had tried to call multiple times with no call back and wondered why I had to pay for their mess up. She assured me she would take care of it understood and not to worry about the bill. Today I got a letter from a local collections office for the same bill she said was taken care of. I expect an explanation. But shocker no call back. This isn't the first issue we have had with this company. The lack of professionalism, organization, attention to detail and honest work is disgusting.
