When I picked up my car, they had installed a large, visible hitch (chipped and rusted) and cut my bumper without my knowledge or consent. I later found out the front desk employee changed the order on her own to "save me money"--something I never approved. They eventually installed the correct hitch, but the damage was already done. My bumper now has a large, unnecessary cut that will cost me around $1,000 to repair. To make matters worse, they had the audacity to tell me the bumper would have needed to be cut anyway--which is misleading. It would not have been cut where they made the visible damage; that only happened because they installed the wrong hitch. Despite all of this being their mistake, they still made me pay half of the $200 overnight shipping to fix it. Unacceptable workmanship, poor communication, and zero accountability.

He said he could come and check it for us and in 5 minutes he was there with a fuel pressure gage and confirmed our suspicion, fuel pump died. 2001 Chevy Silverado 1500 OEM pump, never changed. He said tow it to the shop if we can get it there before 10. We got there at 9:15. Carlus changed the pump and filter and had us ready to go a little after 10. Shout out for this Marine Corps veteran for helping my family and I to get back on the road again and on our way to Orlando, FL. We got back home Easter morning in time for Easter morning services.

Frank's said they couldn't get to it that day(which I learned dealing with Frank's means it wouldn't take long for them to get to my car.) Carlus initially gained my business by telling me he could start on my car right away. Approximately three days passed before he contacted me to tell me the issue and almost another week for him to fix the problem. Carlus then tells me he has other cars and he's working alone. That's understandable but that's not what I was told initially. I made a mental vow to never return. I started dealing with Frank's. When Frank's said they couldn't get to it right away, I gladly told them "that's cool" which resulted with them contacting me within an hour to tell me the issue. Also Frank's has never had my cars longer than two days regardless of the job. I had a neighbor whose Honda Civic wouldn't start even with a jump and a new battery. Frank's was closed so I reluctantly towed it to Aymonds. Again three days go by but this time I didn't find out any information until I decided to walk by. The key needed reprogramming and it was a service Carlus couldn't perform. We had to call Pop A Lock. You'd think he'd let me know the first day. The most egregious event happened recently. With the closing of Frank's and still trying to utilize a shop within walking distance, I reluctantly spoke with Carlus about changing my radiator, transmission, brake, and differential fluid on my silver CTS. When Carlus asked about the engine fluid, I replied"it's not time to change it and I can perform that job myself." I delivered the car early Tuesday 7/14/26. I mentioned I was leaving town and would return Friday 7/17/26. I didn't receive any communication during that time. I arrived at the shop around 9a on 7/17/26 and was told the car wasn't ready because he had to drill out a rusty oil plug for the differential. I then received a phone call twenty minutes later saying the plug came in and now the car is ready. Something about that didn't seem right. I also suspected that no fluid changes had been performed but I couldn't prove it with these closed systems. On the morning of 8/1/26 I drained the engine oil from the oil pan as usual. The oil filter is on top of the motor. I tried unscrewing the oil filter cap and it wouldn't budge. I tried using my body against the breaker bar, an impact wrench and attempted to chisel the cap off but nothing worked. I've had two of these vehicles and changed the engine oil myself in the past six years. I've never tightened that oil filter cap to that point. It's very suspicious that I had an issue with a system that wasn't supposed to be touched in the first place. Bring your car here at your own risk! You can throw that "veteran owned" out the window because Carlus is aware that I'm a veteran also. Not to mention, what I was handed as a receipt says "estimate."
