My wife has a permanent foot disability and a walking boot. Sometimes she can get around in the boot fine, but sometimes the pain is too much. We were in Vegas for the 1st time and visiting Area15 when her foot started hurting and we were going to have to cut our time short. I had done some previous research in case we had to rent a scooter, but now it was early evening and most of those rental places were closed, couldn't get us a scooter until the next day, or wouldn't deliver to where we were. I got someone on the phone at RedOne who was able to bring a 4-wheel scooter directly to us within 30 minutes, so we were able to continue our vacation without interruption. We ended up keeping the scooter for the rest of our trip and it made all our outings much easier and safer. They picked it up at our hotel the morning before we left for the airport. his company is amazing! I was in Vegas after recently having leg surgery. I brought my crutches and regular wheel chair but it was not working. I submitted the form online at 7:30pm requesting delivery by 8:30p the same night. I received a call in less then 5 minutes confirming the order and meet-up location at my hotel. I was shocked how fast it was delivered and the amazing service. My plans ended up changing with me needing to leave a night earlier than planned, but I did not know until 5pm. back in feb I booked a scooter for my hsuband at southpointe hotel drop off booked this ppl 2x before so, no issues... booked again for our expo get there bell desk said they have no scooter for us, im living as IPAID IT IN FULL PRIOR and then he never showed up, called no answer, called again talked to a arabian hard can speak english person said NO NO NO they wasnt wrong and that they will be there NOW Isaid NO! I paid youi prior you and told me youd be here prior! no good enouigh... bell desk told me they do this often. THey gave me they had their days mixed up... for me, not my problem, if you dont know how to run a company...than dont have one! told them to PAY ME MY WHOLE PAYMENT BACK NOW and I rented from elsewhere. the worker that took my call refused to give me his # and number. Irecall talking to a caucsian guy before. this arabian;I/indian guy now totally horrible svc, and when they drop their scooters off they dont tell you how to open, close or anything no direction if their dropping it with the bell desk as lease leave a pamphlet or something no! they dont care they just want your money. Zack gave my wife a brief explanation on how to use and power the battery, no written material or website to refer to. She did not remember which plug to use for the battery, nonetheless she used the wrong portal and the scooter did not charge correctly ruining one day out. Zack came by and gave us a new battery and told my wife she was using the wrong portal. Elderly folks like us don't remember as well, asked for a $25 refund out of $175, nope no deal would not listen, sad! I just retired as a physical therapist after 46 years I would never use this place with the lack of instruction and mentality used here! read more

Very good experience. Even though RedOne cost a little bit more than one of the other highly rated scooter rental companies, we went with RedOne because they were able to pick up the scooter at 7:30 am so that we could make our flight. They always answered the phone and everybody we dealt with was very pleasant. Communication was very good and they delivered everything they said they would. The scooter itself (a three wheeled model) seemed new and in good shape. Its range was very good and we had no worries about the battery lasting as we explored The Strip. The scooter did have a couple of minor quirks though. It seemed that its full speed setting was governed a bit and it seemed a bit slower than other scooters we have rented. Also, at the highest setting the speed seemed to fluctuate a little bit and there seemed to be a slight delay when first accelerating at any speed. Finally, with the right arm of the seat in the up position there was a sharp piece of metal that actually caught my pant pocket and ripped it. Despite all this, we had a great experience with RedOne and highly recommend them. read more

This was our 3rd time renting from RedOne. On trip #2 we were brought a dirty scooter. My wife cleaned it and was promised a brand new out of the box scooter the next time we rented. Trip #3, not only did we not get a brand new scooter, the one we got was not fully charged. We headed out for the day and the scooter ran down quickly. My wife was in the red while I still had almost 3/4 charge. Had to cut our outing short. They brought another scooter out the next morning, again not fully charged. We went inside to have breakfast and charge the scooter but they didn't include the charger! That was the straw that broke the camel's back. Called them to come and get both scooters. They promised a full refund...haven't see it yet. We found out our hotel rents scooters right on the property and much cheaper. Doing that from now on!!! read more

I highly recommend RedOne Scooters! My 80-year old cousin and I both ordered one for our recent visit to Vegas. They were totally a game changer for our trip! They were clean, easy to charge, easy to operate, plus the charge lasted for a long time! But let's talk about the service! My hotel recommended another company (one they have a contract with). I checked out the ratings/reviews for that company and was not thrilled with some of the comments I was seeing. I decided to do my own research! I was so impressed with the comments for RedOne - so decided to go with them! GREAT DECISION! The scooters were delivered on time and fully charged! When I asked to extend our time with the scooters - no problem! The cost for the additional time was very reasonable! However, what was so important to me was the immediate response I would get to my phone calls (an actual live person!) and my texts! If I ever had a question -- I could get an answer right away! Don't waste your time with other rentals! Go with RedOne! We certainly will the next time we are in Vegas! I can't recommend them enough! Rented scooters from scooterrentals.store and they were junk. called this number and they came right out with new scooters that helped us finish out the rest of our day (the other broken down scooters cost us half a day of sight seeing) then offered to pick them up late in the evening so that we wouldn't have to worry about them. highly recommend, would use them again read more

Highly recommend! This company helped us out with a last minute (less than 24 hours) scooter request. They also delivered the scooter to the hotel the night before and left it at the bell desk for us because of road closures for the Rock and roll marathon on Las Vegas Blvd. They also picked up the scooter from us at the valet at our checkout time. Reserved a scooter at the last minute for my wife, for our overnight staycation at MGM Signature Suites. Asthma and scoliosis make it hard for her to keep up with me, and the Suites is a long walk from anything. I honestly didn't think they would br able to fill the request with only a few hours notice. Had a great experience with Red One! Khalid and Sala were friendly, polite, and easy to work with scheduling delivery and return. The scooter was in great condition and ran well. I used another place in Vegas 3 times in past years, but that other place started going downhill. I wasn't sure about Red One because they had fewer reviews, but all were great (or obvious the customer was unreasonable). The scooter itself was fine and I had no issue with it. The reason for the 3 stars is more due to the customer service with Zack (who I believe may be the owner). I needed the scooter for one day for an event at a park. I'm legally blind and because the park had a lot of dirt I wasn't comfortable walking around all day because my depth perception is bad and I would likely trip and fall. I stressed that my event started at 10am and I needed the scooter before then and asked to get it at the park at 9:45. I know getting into the park was difficult due to the number of people and cars, but when I called at 9:50 to get an ETA, Zack said he was about a 15 min drive away from the park (first bad sign). When he arrived at the park, he had a little difficulty finding my exact location since the park is so big and there were so many people and cars (this I understand so I wasn't annoyed about this). I sent him my coordinates to hopefully help him find me. He called a few times to try to get a better idea of where I was, so I tried to describe the area best as I could. I could tell he was getting frustrated at not being able to find me because at one point, he told me that I need to do a better job of describing exactly where I'm at and what is physically around me. I told him it was difficult for me to do so because of my visual impairment (which he was apologetic about). (I told him the event ended at 6pm and I started messaging around 4 to figure out the pick up logistics. He seemed very unaccommodating over our text messages, trying to get me to meet him out side of the park and across the busy street and asking to meet before the event ended at 6 because he wanted to avoid all the cars. A different employee ended up picking up the scooter from me at 5:45 at the same location as the drop off and the pick up was short and efficient. I'm the type of person who places more value in customer service over merchandise/product and I have to say I was disappointed with my overall experience. read more
