I've\nBeen trying for over 3 weeks just to get a call back to make an appointment. Now.I call my doctor and I have to wait for referral to someone new. These people don't answer their phones, they don't return calls. I don't know how they stay in business. I was very dissappointed in all of my dealings with Redrock Digestive Health and Dr. Gunnerson. For my initial appointment I saw a student for 20 minutes and a PA for 5 minutes. I was being seen for Acid Reflux and was not given any suggestions for lifestyle changes. I had an endoscopy and only then did I see the doctor. I had to wait one hour past my appointment time to be called for my procedure. After three weeks and leaving messages and complaining to Intermountain help line did I finally get my test results. I asked why it took so long and was told Dr. Gunnerson had been on call so much he did not have time to look at pathology results. I am curious is there really that many emergencies for Gastro? I have been very pleased with all other specialists, doctors and PA's at Intermountain; but, I will not return here. read more

I would give them minus stars if I could! Red Rock Digestive is the most awful place I've ever dealt with. Extremely rude and don't return your calls or let you know your test results. I had a colonoscopy mid December and still have not heard back with results and it's the middle of January. Called and left messages and never got a call back. My Dr. sends requests over to them for procedures and they never respond. I have had to make calls and leave messages with them for scheduling and they never return calls. I've had to walk into their office just to make an appointment. If there was a different place that took my insurance I would not go there I'm a cancer patient and my dr. PA's are the only ones you can see, I'm never allowed to see my doctor. Takes a month to get in to see the PA and by then I've suffered tremendous blood loss and am suffering trying to get a change in medication to something that works. I've turned to herbal solutions with some success and taking iron supplements for my blood loss. They know I'm unhappy, so they never answer the phone when I call, I leave vm and they're a few days late returning my call, then when they call, they don't do what they say they will do. I've suffered a few months now, hoping for a remedy or at least an attempt to help me and finally I'm writing this review. I'm really unhappy! read more

I made a follow up appointment because of concerns with a recent procedure. I asked clearly several times about charges for the visit, I was assured there would be no charge. I received a $171 bill for a ten minute visit with a condescending PA, even though I had serious concerns, Dr. Worlein was a no show. The fine print where I signed for the visit stated I was self pay and was responsible for charges. I tried many times to resolve this only to come too the conclusion I was probably deceived and obviously Dr. Worlein does not care about patient issues, only money read more
