GSF PPF is the "Top of the line" PPF material in the industry. Nothing compares to it. Jason also also upgraded the ceramic from Feynlab V1 to Feynlab V3 on all painted surfaces. Previously he had performed a hybrid application, Feynlab V1 on the doors, the hatch and to the quarter panels and Feynlab V3 to the front bumper, hood and roof. Ceramic was also applied to the wheels and to all exterior glass and plastic trim. Feynlab ceramic is the industry leading ceramic coating, there is none better. Since the recent change in ownership, there has been a noticeable decline in both service quality and overall operations. Many of the familiar employees appear to have left, and unfortunately, it shows. Beyond the operational issues, the quality of the wash itself has become inconsistent. There have been multiple occasions where my vehicles were not fully clean after going through the wash, which is frustrating given the premium monthly cost. Today's experience was particularly disappointing. I pulled up for a wash and waited over 20 minutes while several vehicles that arrived after me were taken ahead of mine. There was no apparent system for managing the line and ensuring customers were helped in the order they arrived. I understand that ownership transitions can create challenges, but the combination of declining service quality, long delays, and lack of basic customer service is difficult to overlook, especially as a long-time, paying member. I'm hopeful things improve, but at this point, it's hard to justify the cost given the current experience..

HEADLINE: The third time I've called upon Chris to work his detailing and ceramic coat artistry…read more... this time on my new 2026 Audi SQ8 Prestige ... Amazing, as usual!!! Just purchased an end-of-year 2026 Audi SQ8 Prestige from Audi of Santa Barbara and the first thing I did was set up an appointment with Chris to get her paint conditioned and ceramic coated. He offered System X's Warranted Ceramic Coat (base coat and top coat) for the paint, all exterior glass with System X's Glass, and my 23" wheels' faces, interior spokes, barrels, and red calipers all around with System X's Wheels. A FULL two day job. Given his loaded backlog, I was able to get the car to him after having Audi of SB delete the OEM brake pads (prodigious brake dust) and have them install DFC 5000 Euro Ceramic brake pads all around. When Chris started on the wheels, he noticed that the barrels in particular "were caked with dust". Thus, my desire to get them coated as well! Paint was clay barred, even though she arrived with only 1200 miles on her, as well as a few paint chips on the hood expertly filled. Picked her up today and she is simply astounding on very level. Paint feels like butter, and looks even better, and has a six year System X warranty. Pictures simply don't do justice to the care and attention Chris paid to this project. Cannot recommend Chris, and his talents, and attention to detail, enough. And I continue to do so with my new six figure toy!!! He's 120 miles away from my home, and I don't hesitate at all to make the trek!
