I was told to pull my car forward, I rolled down my window to tell the older Porter I accidentally ran over the cone and didn't see it. He said with a smile, oh it's okay, then his smile faded away and changed to a grin, he said, " Don't do it again". I replied, it was an accident, didn't see the cone. I will not return to this car wash. Please owners, it is important to speak to your porters about having great customer service and guest relations skills when working with the public. I never once raised my voice, neither should the porter.

Since the recent change in ownership, there has been a noticeable decline in both service quality and overall operations. Many of the familiar employees appear to have left, and unfortunately, it shows. Beyond the operational issues, the quality of the wash itself has become inconsistent. There have been multiple occasions where my vehicles were not fully clean after going through the wash, which is frustrating given the premium monthly cost. Today's experience was particularly disappointing. I pulled up for a wash and waited over 20 minutes while several vehicles that arrived after me were taken ahead of mine. There was no apparent system for managing the line and ensuring customers were helped in the order they arrived. I understand that ownership transitions can create challenges, but the combination of declining service quality, long delays, and lack of basic customer service is difficult to overlook, especially as a long-time, paying member. I'm hopeful things improve, but at this point, it's hard to justify the cost given the current experience..

They even have an air compressor to blow out those tiny spots before you vacuum. That was a bonus for me. Leave the keys in the car and they take it from there. Hand washed and then they run it through the rinse cycle. Hand dried and windows cleaned. It was good for the price. I will go back and see what a more expensive wash gets me.

It now seems that they partner with Elite Express Car Wash. I figured: why not use this voucher? I was pleased that there was an attendant as soon as you pull-up. Granted, he had to ask his manager how to apply the coupon's QR code, but that wasn't a big deal. When you pull up to the entrance of the drive-thru car wash, it's very important to note that if you have a Tesla, you cannot use the car's "Car Wash Mode" for the conveyor belt. You have to shift the car into neutral (apply foot break & gently move the stalk to upward to the Neutral position - if you have a pre-refresh model). I wasn't aware that the coupon included a free vacuum cleaning. Granted, that's on my, but a label on the QR code or even being notified by the attendant would be a nice heads-up. All-in-all, not a bad option, but I prefer to hand wash my baby myself.
