The only thing I'd gripe about is, my car was brand new and freshly detailed and when home I noticed tons of soap residue all over the car doors, trunk etc. I expected to touch up here and there, not have to detail my car again. Wow. Amazing service and responsiveness. I called Nate to see if his shop was in the business of installing baby helmet wraps (for head reshaping helmets). Nate was familiar with the helmets, but mentioned he hadn't (yet) installed one, but said he'd give it a go and was confident they could do it. Over the phone, he mentioned the quality of the wrap would depend on how the install would go (appreciated his honesty). I sent him some pics of the plastic helmet, along with a pic of the printed wrap. To note: we received the printed helmet wrap from another local auto wrap/detailing business, but sadly, they stopped offering helmet wrap printing & INSTALLS as a charity. My husband waited at the shop as they installed the wrap. They finished in about 2 hours, and did an AMAZING job! Although I wanted to go with the 3M film to tint my windows these guys recommended a ceramic Wincos Madico film as it had a lifetime warranty. (attached) After 5 years, one of the side windows and the whole back window is now glazed over and hard to see clearly thru. Called in to have the two windows warrantied and there response is they don't sell or support that product anymore. No WARRANTY! What's the use of a life time warranty if it's only as long as they say it is. Very disappointed. Now their website shows another product Suntek with a lifetime warranty. Buyer beware! read more

Called in and spoke with Tanner to get a tint quote for my vehicle. I was happy with the price and setup an appointment that week to get my windows tinted. When I dropped off my vehicle I asked to get the darkest tint, but he happened to be out of stock and the vendor was out too. I was really set on getting the darkest tint though. He said he was going to make some calls to see if he can find the tint. After a couple of calls, he found the tint from another shop in Ventura county that his friend owns. He said he would personally drive over to the shop and get the tint to make this happen that day. Wow! That's fantastic service. Nate had to order special clear film for the hood ASAP. The following week I took delivery of the car and dropped it off at AO. Nate and crew took their time to do it right, keeping it overnight. We purchased a new 2020 Jeep Rubicon that is beautiful in it's own right. But it was missing the pizzazz it needed. We chose Auto Obsessionz to tint the entire vehicle's windows. We decided to add the front windshield and rear window, although we used an almost clear film. The goal, as explained by Nate (guru and co-owner at Auto Obsessionz) was to reduce heat transfer, as it was for the remainder of the windows. The entire vehicle had tremendous heat reduction. This is pretty simple...if you are not getting your windows tinted by these guys, you are going to the wrong place! Nate and David have previously tinted my front windows on my BMW 550i which is now on the market to be sold and just recently they tinted all of my windows on my Tesla Model S which is my new ride as well as installed a carbon fiber rear deck lid spoiler (see the before and after photos). These guys make anal/OCD look bad! These guys are all about perfection and will work hard to get it looking right. I've never been more happy with their work and professionalism. And guess what? Tanner is awesome. Took my daughter's Sentra in to replace old failing tint on the back window. He was up front with how hard it might be to get the old tint off(tiny little pieces at a time).
