He was able to coordinate between multiple vendors, especially after we had an unexpected positive result for asbestos come from a ceiling sample, which required that we also bring on an asbestos abatement company in addition to PuroClean and the construction company who did the rebuild. Also they broke the glass in a photo frame, again not too big of a deal, but they did not tell me about that either and left me to find it on my own. The company did not dust when leaving. After cutting out backer board and particle board behind linoleum, there was an incredible amount of dust layering my whole first floor. I had to call them and gave them come back to do it- and I helped him do it. And lastly, their workers sometimes swore while in my home working. A few months ago we were in the process of moving from one place to another (renting). The new place was apparently already carpet cleaned and clean to the standards of the landlords, but everyone knows that ones definition of "clean" is not the same as the another. You can tell that the carpet had been cleaned by all the lines in the carpet, but I had noticed a dark line around the edges of the carpets, thinking it was an accumulation of dust. (At the time I was in my third trimester of pregnancy, and I apparently wanted everything to be cleaned twice anyway.) Just a few days before we were to move into our new place, before moving any furniture in, I googled and emailed just about every local carpet cleaner on the eastside and seattle. No joke, I emailed about 10 of them.. you know where you fill out the form on the website and click on "get an instant quote!". I did just that. About an hour after I sent out my blast emails in search of the lowest price, I get a response from Ed, The Head manager at Amazing Restoration & Carpet Cleaning. From the first email John was very knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful with my questions. I assumed after the initial email, he would send a technician out. He was able to work around our crazy moving schedule, and fit me into his work day the very next day. Once John showed up, I was even more impressed with his expertise, professionalism, and kind and caring demeanor. Knowing we had a little one on the way, he assured me the carpet were going to be cleaned like new. He explained every step by step process he was going to be doing. He even gave us a complimentary bottle of spot remover. He gave us tips on how to keep our specific type of carpets cleaner than the average too. He also went into detail about the dust that was around the edges of the carpet. He guessed right about what kind of heating system we had and told us why it had accumulated like that. But best of all, he completely removed it! It took extra time and effort on his part. After the carpet cleaning, we got to chat with John and how his business came about, and shared stories about eachothers families. What a great company this guys runs. Truly A+ service. We will be using them in the future. I will support this business before a chain of some sort. Oh, and all those other carpet cleaners in the area (which will remain un named), never even responded to my email requesting a quote. I'm telling you, stop your search now!
