No extra charges to move the dryer out and back in. They had a special going so I figured I would give them a try. They came equipped to do the job and it only took half and hour. Then even gave us a chance to run to get a new dryer vent hose and they put it on. The other one was crimped bad and so the dryer was not getting much airflow. Glad we got it cleaned out and we saw a photo of the clean vent. With lint in the vent or hose you can get a fire. I would recommend this company. They do a lot of other cleaning and restoration work. I only tried them for the dryer vent cleaning but would try them again on other jobs. Give them a call.

I woke up today feeling awful. I asked him if the toilet leak could be causing that. He said "I dunno, it looks nasty."' I showed him the vanity. He didn't even get down and actually look IN it. He just peeked inside from afar. Then i showed him another room and said that it's musty smelling and said I think mold spores are coming in from the atrium. he said mold spores can't come in through an arcadia door. That's when I knew for sure he had NO idea what he's talking about. I called someone else when he left, and right over the phone she said "of course the back up from the toilet could be making you feel sick. There's bacteria and maybe mold in there.' Ahhh. So much more pro sounding than 'that's nasty.' He also didn't have the thermal imaging camera OR the moisture meter they said they use. What a big rip-off. Elite came out and made some very inflammatory comments/assumptions in writing, spoke to the buyers (not buyers agent) of the home and scared them into demanding a new roof. They gave an estimate of $29,600.00. We scheduled 3 different roofing contractors for inspections, all three of them recommended repairs, not a roof replacement. Due to the issues with the sale of the house and timeline, my sellers must make a concession for the roof, if they want their house to sell and move on with their life. When I asked one of the contractors for an estimate to replace the roof, they called me back and asked me "Why I wanted to replace the roof, it is in need of minor repairs only" it is good for another 10 to 15 years. So far the bids have come back $5,000.00 under the estimate of Elite. I let everyone in my office know what happened. They will never receive my business of any type. In my future contracts I will specifically name them as a vendor I will not work with. Shame on them, they saw dollar signs, too bad, it was with the wrong agent!!
