The two weeks waiting for an appointment is correct but it is well worth the wait. Even though a…read morenoise from the front end of my vehicle appeared to be coming from the left front to all who listened to it, including the technician who went for a test drive, they did further testing to conclude it was actually the right side making the noise. And so the correct part- a bearing and hub on the right side- was changed. They found a problem on the left side which they invited me to come out and verify myself, which I did. Added to this they warned of a potential problem in removing a part. Having watched a video online about the removal and replacement of bearing and hub and what needed to be removed to get it done, I was amazed when they gave me the warning about it. Without getting too technical and making a long story short, these people bring honesty to a whole new level. I came to this place on the recommendation of two friends, one whose hobby is cars. This is the only place he has found to come to that he trusts so far as technical skill and honesty is concerned, and he himself is an expert on cars. Well if people actually read these reviews and come here probably two weeks wait will turn to three weeks wait but I tell you I will gladly wait three weeks to have these people work on my car.

I'm a med student at ABtech, so money is very tight for me at the moment. VJ's was always accommodating, honest, and trustworthy when accessing any work that my car needed. Everyone that works there is super friendly, genuine, and kind. I never felt that I was getting ripped off. A repair that would have cost $800 at the other shop I went to cost me only $200 at VJ's. I went to Easy Street because my AC was having some minor issues...working fine but getting tired with long term use. I understand that car repairs can be expensive, but I was sitting right in the waiting room, so they could have easily communicated this to me. Instead they just recharged my AC and charged me an arm and a leg for it, then the problem persisted just as it did before! Complete waste of money. To top it off the owner was extremely rude.
