They took my car in, said they duplicated the problem and that a grey plug was loose. They plugged it in and it worked. Sure, okay. $100 to plug in a plug. At least I don't have to deal with it. Two weeks later my car has the same issue. I call up and the scheduler told me to come in the following Wednesday. I did just that, and when I came in, they told me it was the previous Wednesday and to reschedule... okay, fine. I went right home and ended up repairing the plug myself, which was different from the plug that they "plugged in". I video taped what the actual plug was and showed them it connecting to the compressor and asked for a refund. They told me to come back the next week when the owner was there. I came back and they said "the owner is at the other location but said no." So not only did they waste my time three times, but they stole $100 because their electrician of 30 years couldn't properly diagnose a simple AC electro-magnet clutch connector and still had to get paid. They told me it was fine when I took it, even though its an INTERMITTENT issue. Think twice before coming here for any electrical work or any work at all for that matter.

I'm a somewhat paranoid car-owner, and they've checked out a few "problems" that turned out to be nothing, and didn't charge me. For a trip check, it was $15. They don't try to sell you anything you don't need, or scare you into upgrades like they do at Firestone or chain places. The work they do is always very solid. I then called up and was immediately put on hold, after 18 minutes the phone cut out. I then proceeded to call again and immediately got voicemail. This was at 10am on a Tuesday, unimpressed! If they can't answer a phone and take a simple payment doesn't exactly give me confidence about the quality of their work.
