They took my car in, said they duplicated the problem and that a grey plug was loose. They plugged it in and it worked. Sure, okay. $100 to plug in a plug. At least I don't have to deal with it. Two weeks later my car has the same issue. I call up and the scheduler told me to come in the following Wednesday. I did just that, and when I came in, they told me it was the previous Wednesday and to reschedule... okay, fine. I went right home and ended up repairing the plug myself, which was different from the plug that they "plugged in". I video taped what the actual plug was and showed them it connecting to the compressor and asked for a refund. They told me to come back the next week when the owner was there. I came back and they said "the owner is at the other location but said no." So not only did they waste my time three times, but they stole $100 because their electrician of 30 years couldn't properly diagnose a simple AC electro-magnet clutch connector and still had to get paid. They told me it was fine when I took it, even though its an INTERMITTENT issue. Think twice before coming here for any electrical work or any work at all for that matter.

Shortly after, the car went into limp mode and threw codes P0524 (low engine oil pressure) and P0011 (camshaft timing over-advanced). These were new issues that started after the repair. I brought the car back, and instead of addressing the problems, I was quoted another $1,600 for an AC compressor replacement--which does not explain the engine codes or limp mode. When I told them I just wanted to pick up my car, I was then told I owed an additional $170 in labor fees that were never discussed or approved. After leaving the shop, my car began smoking from the engine bay. So to recap: I paid $1,700 and left with multiple new problems, was asked to pay more for unrelated repairs, and then was charged fees I never authorized.
