The equipment is unreliable, the customer service is poor, and the parking fees are excessive. There should have been assistance available, especially when the gate was malfunctioning. I would not recommend this parking lot to anyone.

Vehicle Returned Undrivable - Valet Refused Insurance Information…read more I attended a Miami Beach Chamber event at Mila Restaurant and used the on-site valet service on the evening of the event. My vehicle was in perfect mechanical working condition when handed to the valet around 6:30 PM. When the car was returned to me around 11:00 PM, it was undrivable. Within seconds of leaving the valet area, the vehicle began violently shaking, would not accelerate properly, and then suddenly surged forward uncontrollably--nearly causing an accident. I was only able to drive a few blocks before turning back because it was unsafe to continue. When I requested the valet company's insurance information, the valet staff refused to provide it. Subsequent attempts to contact the company resulted in phone calls being hung up on. I had to involve the police, who came to the scene and filed a report, and ultimately had the vehicle towed over 20 miles back to my home in the early morning hours. This experience was not only damaging and costly, but also deeply concerning from a safety and professionalism standpoint. They have no concrete proof on anything wrong with my vehicle at the time it was given. No business operating in Miami Beach should refuse to provide insurance information after returning a customer's vehicle in a dangerous condition. I strongly advise others to think twice before using this valet service.

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service…read more As a local resident and business professional in Hallandale Beach, I make a conscious effort to support local establishments. I had passed by this business many times and finally decided to stop in when I needed a temporary parking permit. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. When I walked in, there were four people present not one acknowledged me or offered a greeting. It felt as if I were invisible. Eventually, one gentleman, seated at the front left, mumbled "may I help you" without even looking up from his computer. I explained what I was looking for, and without making eye contact, he replied that they do sell temporary parking permits, but they didn't have any at the moment. That was it -- no offer to order it, no suggestion to come back, no effort to assist or retain a new customer. I left feeling completely dismissed. Once in my car, I searched for nearby alternatives and found Auto Tags of Hallandale just one block away. There, I was warmly welcomed by Randy, who told me they also didn't have the permit on hand but could order it for same-day pickup by 4 PM. That's what professional and courteous service looks like.
