Both Ms. Shelly B. and Olivia W. were incredibly helpful -- they assisted me in picking out new frames at a great value and guided me on how to contact my optometrist's office. Not so good when you are past seventy and waiting for 40 minutes on a hard concrete floor. Not a great start to a new store in a high rent location. Wish we had gone somewhere else...anywhere else for glasses.

I have found my eye doctor and won't switch to anyone else. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Did I mention that already? The service was fantastic and although the selection of frames is less than Lenscrafter's, Schaeffer still had a good selection to choose from. The thing that surprised me the most when I bought my glasses was the low price. Given Schaeffer's is not a nationwide franchise I expected the prices to be higher, but to my surprise they were much lower. So good service, adequate selection, and low price. Overall very good. Moving from last fall to today: I was working in the yard and a large piece of concrete hit my face and scratched my glasses. I went back to get a new pair and the lady checked my file and said the glasses were under warranty and they would order new lenses for me. What a pleasant surprise!
