I have evidence of it, in video, Mark admitting he found the images online but he will take them down once we sent him our photos. He did not, maybe he liked his better. Now we are being sued, $10,000 per photo and there are 5 of them. Mark continues to deny it is his fault, even though it is in video from him admitting it. He says we uploaded those, and can't explain why he said on the video that he did... I will be having to sue him now to cover my expenses. I already have fired him due to the ever increasing monthly fees and the fact that if anything happens, it is because I didn't take the extra options I could have paid for... My new website people read his emails and laughed, said they hate seeing people like Mark making a bad name for website companies. I tried to offer Mark to take responsibility and he just kept talking in circles, now the attorneys can handle it. Mark and Stacia talk a good game. They don't back it up and they just want to keep charging more and more for the service, with backhanded threats of what will possibly happen if you don't add this or that service. Super bummed with the wrap we purchased and the lack of support from Wake Graphics. The wrap…read morestarted peeling off our boat just a couple months after it was installed. Wake Graphics initially owned up to the problem, stating, "My apologies for the issue with the wrap -- it appears to be related to the laminate. We'll be sending you a replacement wrap kit and will ship it as soon as possible. We currently have a few clients in the queue, but I'll keep you updated once your wrap is scheduled for printing." I was told that a "small percentage" of the wraps have this laminate issue. However, time passed and Wake Graphics never provided this replacement wrap. Now Wake Graphics won't return calls or emails. Clearly they're unwilling to stand behind their product. Beware! Even worse is that we paid someone a considerable amount to install this defective wrap!
