The women in the leasing office, Stacia and Shannon, are so friendly and always willing to listen to any problem I have, whether it pertains to something in my apartment or even my personal life. I also love that I feel comfortable going to the office for a complimentary cookie or coffee! All of my neighbors have been very welcoming, which makes me feel like I'm back home in my small town. The maintenance staff is exceptional and always quick to help no matter how small the problem. If you're looking for a new apartment complex or are new to the area, I encourage you to stop by the leasing office!

It was a pain to park the car for those 2 weeks and the parking lot still looks awful with holes in the flour.... And the lobby inside on the apartments where the mail is always smells disgusting

When viewing the apartment to rent, I was told the ceilings had water damage from an upstairs apartment and there was a hole in the ceiling of the utility closet I was told would be fixed... after moving in I had a laundry list of multiple things that needed fixed...some I had my boyfriend fix after no response from maintenance. My kitchen faucet leaked from the day I moved in to the day I moved out 3 years 3 months later. Hole in the ceiling was never fixed and the hall bathroom ceiling developed black mold from the water issue upstairs. I could go on and on about all the issues I had with this apartment but what really got me is the doors to utility closet came off the cheap track they were attached to. I requested a new track because they kept falling off, which I didn't receive. I even still have the text messages requesting it. When the door fell off the track it dinged the other door and there was a hole the size of a nickel, not due to neglect on my part. Long story short they kept $125 of my deposit when I moved out because of this ding. Don't rent from this place. Rent goes up every year and nothing in my place was ever updated let alone maintained. We have had to call the police 5 times for loud music and loud talking and I am now being threatened. People drive through here like crazy and play loud music at all hours. The structure of the town homes are very poor. The walls are already cracking, the doors will not close properly, and the insulation is horrible. I am so disappointed that the gym is not opened yet. We had to pay for a gym membership. If the pool does not open on time I will lose it, we moved here for the amenities This is definitely not luxury living, a lot of shady people live here. I also think that this is a Hud community which we knew nothing about before moving in, I don't think they perform proper background checks. I believe that Covid is being used as an excuse to not open the so called clubhouse. I see the police here a lot and cars are being broken into. I definitely do not feel safe. If you are looking for a beautiful community that is actual Luxury living then this is not the place . I have contacted the office and even gave them copies of the 5 police reports that I filed, they said that we can move to another place on the property. I do not feel safe on this property no matter where I am. It is so awful to live in fear of your neighbors, I am afraid to leave my home. The pictures on the website look nothing like the actual property, the pool is very small and there is garbage all over. I would give this place a zero if it were possible.

And the attitude he had with us with my husband was horrible, he didn't teach us anything about the place and we didn't feel welcome because for anything he just wanted us to leave. He asked us about the breed of our dog and he practically arrogates to us that if we wanted to continue with the visit or not, without having shown us, repeat NOTHING of the place. They should improve the care of their future residents, with nothing more to say. BAD PLACE. If I could, I would leave them 0 stars.

Just a short drive to downtown Cincinnati and close to the airport. Wentworth Estates has many floor plans to choose from and they accept pets too! I loved living at Wentworth, all my maintenance request which were few were handled in a timely, proficient manner. I would still be living there but took the plunge and purchased a house. I highly recommend Wentworth Estates if you are looking for a clean, affordable place to call home.

I'm writing this review of Josh House and Realiant's services after 3 years of using them to manage…read moremy rental property in Burlington, KY. In that time he let my property go to a Sheriff's tax sale. My property now has a tax lien against it because Josh failed to pay my property taxes, three years in a row. Josh claims he never agreed to pay my taxes, even though I have an email from his office manager saying that they would (and I had a phone conversation with him about it). Josh claims he never received the tax bill and would've paid it if he had, even though somebody in his office forwarded the tax bill to me with a fresh stamp and label with my address (an address that the Boone County real estate department does not have). The original bill had his office's address on it and was sent pre-sorted first class. I sent him a picture of the bill with a new stamp and label, and his original address, and he still said that it couldn't have been his office. When I asked him to pay my late tax bill, he refused to pay the late fees for with the tax bill that he failed to pay. Then he said he would not pay the tax bill at all unless I wired him money to cover it, because it was more than the income from a single month's rent could cover. I now have several hundred dollars in fees from the tax lien holder who has the right to foreclose on my property if I don't pay his fees. I have fired them without another property manager in place because I simply cannot trust them at all. I'm now spending my vacation fixing Josh's mistakes. I have to pay off this tax lien, then find a new property manager. Also, he charged below market rents for my property. The absolute worst mistake I've ever made in real estate is working with Josh House and Realiant. Never, ever hire this clown.
