The women in the leasing office, Stacia and Shannon, are so friendly and always willing to listen to any problem I have, whether it pertains to something in my apartment or even my personal life. I also love that I feel comfortable going to the office for a complimentary cookie or coffee! All of my neighbors have been very welcoming, which makes me feel like I'm back home in my small town. The maintenance staff is exceptional and always quick to help no matter how small the problem. If you're looking for a new apartment complex or are new to the area, I encourage you to stop by the leasing office!

Me and my wife had been living there for a year and it looks like they don't care about the people…read morein here they charge me extra 50$ bucks for trash... that the truck did not came to empty the trash cans so literally i had to wait with this whole bags of trash at my house for about 1 week more until i got tired of waiting i place the trash on the side of the garbage box cuz i couldn't wait any more there was not space on the cans so i put the trash on the side... cuz there was no space to put in the trash.. and i was waiting with the trash in my house, so they decide to charge me for doing that,,, what i was suppoused to do?? ...the areas looks awful the pool is always green or extremely dirty , also they suppously cover the parking lot holes .... It was a pain to park the car for those 2 weeks and the parking lot still looks awful with holes in the flour.... And the lobby inside on the apartments where the mail is always smells disgusting

When viewing the apartment to rent, I was told the ceilings had water damage from an upstairs apartment and there was a hole in the ceiling of the utility closet I was told would be fixed... after moving in I had a laundry list of multiple things that needed fixed...some I had my boyfriend fix after no response from maintenance. My kitchen faucet leaked from the day I moved in to the day I moved out 3 years 3 months later. Hole in the ceiling was never fixed and the hall bathroom ceiling developed black mold from the water issue upstairs. I could go on and on about all the issues I had with this apartment but what really got me is the doors to utility closet came off the cheap track they were attached to. I requested a new track because they kept falling off, which I didn't receive. I even still have the text messages requesting it. When the door fell off the track it dinged the other door and there was a hole the size of a nickel, not due to neglect on my part. Long story short they kept $125 of my deposit when I moved out because of this ding. Don't rent from this place. Rent goes up every year and nothing in my place was ever updated let alone maintained. This is a young family of 3 with a 6 month old baby. 3 days after signing the lease agreement my brother received terrible news that the job offer had been rescinded. My brother's family never took possession of the keys nor moved into the apartment and he immediately contacted the leasing office to try to see what could be done. The regional manager decided to still charge my brothers family $6,000 of charges for "breaking the lease" early and only giving them 60 days to do it. After several failed attempts to plead his case and express to them he no longer had the job offer and could no longer relocate. Even explaining that they never even picked up the keys or went inside the apartment so the unit remained in amazing turn key condition. This all fell on deaf ears. There was no grace. No understanding of the financial hardship. We can tell this apartment complex do not care about their tenants.

Luckily we decided on The Trails of Saddlebrook and it has been wonderful. As previous reviews have mentioned the old management was not very friendly. About 6 months ago we received all new management and they are very professional and approachable. Since the change in management, renting here is very enjoyable. We have a two bedroom, two bath, a fireplace and a balcony. We love our small community, all of our close neighbors are respectful and mature. The amenities offered include a washing/drying area, a beautiful pool, a work out area with free weights and a squat rack along with cardio machines, a dog park, a car wash station, a 0.25 mile walking path that wraps around the community, garages, and a sand volleyball court. The pool is very well kept and you feel like your on vacation when you're there! The lawn and landscape is always well maintained and lined with red rose bushes. The maintenance men, Jake and Will, are very good at what they do. Whenever we place a maintanence request they're usually here within a day. Overall this is a great complex to reside in. We feel safe here and are proud of where we live.

Just a short drive to downtown Cincinnati and close to the airport. Wentworth Estates has many floor plans to choose from and they accept pets too! I loved living at Wentworth, all my maintenance request which were few were handled in a timely, proficient manner. I would still be living there but took the plunge and purchased a house. I highly recommend Wentworth Estates if you are looking for a clean, affordable place to call home.

I'm writing this review of Josh House and Realiant's services after 3 years of using them to manage…read moremy rental property in Burlington, KY. In that time he let my property go to a Sheriff's tax sale. My property now has a tax lien against it because Josh failed to pay my property taxes, three years in a row. Josh claims he never agreed to pay my taxes, even though I have an email from his office manager saying that they would (and I had a phone conversation with him about it). Josh claims he never received the tax bill and would've paid it if he had, even though somebody in his office forwarded the tax bill to me with a fresh stamp and label with my address (an address that the Boone County real estate department does not have). The original bill had his office's address on it and was sent pre-sorted first class. I sent him a picture of the bill with a new stamp and label, and his original address, and he still said that it couldn't have been his office. When I asked him to pay my late tax bill, he refused to pay the late fees for with the tax bill that he failed to pay. Then he said he would not pay the tax bill at all unless I wired him money to cover it, because it was more than the income from a single month's rent could cover. I now have several hundred dollars in fees from the tax lien holder who has the right to foreclose on my property if I don't pay his fees. I have fired them without another property manager in place because I simply cannot trust them at all. I'm now spending my vacation fixing Josh's mistakes. I have to pay off this tax lien, then find a new property manager. Also, he charged below market rents for my property. The absolute worst mistake I've ever made in real estate is working with Josh House and Realiant. Never, ever hire this clown.
