Rick and his family are great folks and the hospitality was awesome! I would recommend you stay there when visiting Lewiston.

Have a hunting camp we will have a shower next year but this one was very good great water pressure tons of hot water would come back. It's nice to see that this hotel off this service many don't anymore read more

Don't even think it's a motel anymore, someone bought it and are bringing in loads of Jamaicans. I'd look elsewhere for a room.

The place is a dump, management is rude and obnoxious, don't you dare ask to have anything fixed, I don't know how they stay in business. There are other options in Lewiston so forget about this place, you will be very unhappy if you stay there, and no I don't live around there. Don't waste your money or soul and spend any time or money in this dump. The guy who ran the counter and checked me in, smelled so bad of cigarettes and I found it ironic when he demanded that I sign a non-smoking agreement. The younger version of this sulking person seemed ready to fight and was nothing but rude and seemed offended that I come to the front desk for a question. The lobby was dark and stunk, my room seemed to have several layers of carpet and it was sticky damp... I took pictures of my room etc for proof for my wife. The mattress seems to be one from the 70s, was very thin and had a metal rod that ran around the entire thing. This is where horror movies are made. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE. read more

I was here for 2 full weeks and enjoyed the staff( day & night shift) tremendously! Very polite staff, very helpful in telling me places to find products I needed. Loved my room as it had a super comfortable chair to relax and read it. Price was very reasonable as well. I'd have no problem returning or encouraging others to spend nights there ! This Inn has the worse Customer Service known to man, the owners are idiots!!!!! If you stay at this Inn you will be very sorry . the rooms are very dumpy and look like they are from the 40's, you can write your name in the dust on the window ledge. When we found a far nicer place to stay and tried to cancel the reservation, they charged me for the complete room rate out of spite, real losers... if I could select zero stars I would... very unprofessional!!!!! read more

This place was ok till I got to meet the management. This isn't a place you want to go. Don't take kids there. Don't even waste your time. I wrote a review on Facebook and I had 5 of the family member try to attack me. Like I said tried. I called them out on being family and trying to attack me so of course they lied. A cute little small town hotel. Stayed here a couple nights this last weekend while in Lewiston. Room was clean and comfortable, a basic room that met my needs. Bed was comfortable enough for me to get a good nights sleep both nights. The room I had did not have amenities like a fridge or an iron, nor wifi - these really weren't an issue for me. There are conveniently located snack and soda vending machines that include bottled water. Staff was very friendly. Small pastries and coffee offered in the morning were a nice gesture. Hotel has a pool but I didn't visit it. Good location and easy check in/out. Definitely a clean, reasonably priced place to stay when in the area. read more

This is one if the most unfriendly places. Even with the terrible service the pool was dirt filled and had clumps of hair in it. It was gross to say the least. The rooms or ok but the TV in them are from the 80's and they don't work that good. I won't be coming back read more

Do not stay here. I am from downstate and I planned a family reunions in Lewiston. I asked to block some rooms so my family would be able to make a reservation and we could all stay together. I had three rooms not used but they charged me for them anyway, and my family was scattered throughout the motel. Their customer service was awful. They were very rude. I've stayed at many motels with my children and have never been treated this poorly by staff. Before even checking in, the guy at the counter was rude to the group in front of us. We should have taken this as a sign to turn around and leave. He wasn't any friendlier when it was our turn. He acted annoyed, like everyone was an incoveince. Our room was decent and spacious, the mini fridges were ancient (my friend's was broken), tv's were small and fuzzy. Signal kept going out on my friend's even after 'wiggling the cord' like the guy said. The pool had piles of dirt on the bottom and huge chunks of hair in it. The pool towels were very limited, there were none when we went in. I went to the front desk to request more and I was basically given hand towels and attitude. We were told the pool hours, and never were informed that we would have to pay an extra fee to use the pool after 11a... We were the only group using the pool and at 11:15a we were met by a rude woman who told us we could no longer use the pool. She then embarrassed my friend by accusing them of smoking in their room because a cigarette butt was found in their garbage. Before check out I returned to my room for my phone charger.. The beds were already stripped even though we had Do Not Disturb on our door. My charger was missing... when turning in keys I asked Mr. Happy at the counter if they 'found' my charger. He opened a cupboard, I assume is Lost and Found, and told me no... I then explained housekeeping was already in my room before checking out and I swore I saw one of their girls with my charger in the hallway... And abracadabra, my charger was now magically in the cupboard he just looked in. I am so disappointed in our experience. They are severely lacking in customer service. After reading quite a few very negative reviews similar to ours, it is clear that this is an ongoing issue with the staff. Also, instead of being polite, courteous, and apologetic of these reveiws, management bashes and argues with their unsatisfied customers. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. We are locals (Mio) with a large group/ multiple families who were hoping for a close, cheap, kid friendly place to stay for mini vacations every couple months or more. We also were really hoping to refer friends and family who are looking for the same.... Clearly THIS PLACE WAS NOT IT. read more

first let me start off by saying the room was clean (old fashioned however) and the only complaint would be the small amount of towels in the room. however the man at the counter seems to really seems to dislike what he's doing and is quite rude. but the biggest issue would have to be the smell. there was a awful smell coming from the laundry room and a couple other spots in the hotel. after having the door open for a few minutes the whole room smelt putrid. i'm not sure if there's a rat problem or something of the sort but it smells like something rotting. the pool also had a strange smell and i believe it is a salt filtration system read more

Decided to stay here for my daughters 14th birthday so she and her 5 friends and 2 siblings could go swimming and hang out, this was a huge mistake. We are locals and decided to stay here since it was locally owned. We were all swimming in the pool when the owners daughter decided to come in yelling at the kids for locking the locker room door and when I told her there was no way they had done it because nobody had left the pool in our group she continued to yell and threaten us, there was another lady and kid who had left though through the locker room. Supposedly customers complained because they couldn't get in so they told her so she could let them in but no one else ever came to use the pool. When we decided to write a review on their Facebook page we were instantly attacked by people saying that they were customers but when we looked them up on facebook they happened to be friends and family, we have screenshots to prove it. When this was pointed out they deleted their Facebook page. The next morning someone came to me and showed me a post on the daughters private facebook page continuing to bash my family and make up lies about my kids bothering customers which we only encountered 4 other people and that was in the pool area, there were no customers in any rooms remotely close to ours. Come to find out she is a pathological liar which was confirmed by numerous other people. We are locals and will never ever go back there and I will never recommend it to any friends or customers either. read more
