I walked out feeling upset and mad as I asked her even if we are vaccinated and she said masks were still required. Before putting the item into my cart, I clicked on the hyperlink for "Shipping" for their shipping policy and saw that items over $75 are shipped free (see screenshot). However, after adding the sweater to my cart, I then I realized that I was going to be charged $13.95 for shipping (see second screenshot). I honestly do not understand how a business can advertise free shipping within their shipping policy for orders over $75 and then charge $13.95 for an order that costs $127.46. Clearly this is an issue that needs to be addressed to avoid false advertising.
