I had a warranty claim with Husqvarna. I took it to Reed & Reed and they provided excellent service to me. They were quick to respond and diagnose the issue. They kept in constant contact and had the issue fixed within a week. It was a great experience for me. read more

If zero stars was an option that is the rating I would give this business. They COMPLETELY took advantage of my father who is not of sane mind and on disability. He has had brain tumors, suffered from seizures for years, and is now in the early stages of dementia. I got complete POA a couple weeks before this incident and once I was made of aware (the next morning) of the purchase I immediately notified Reed & Reed Sales. They refused to take the vehicle back unless the finance company would approve it to be sold as new and not used-which they did. The Mahindra Roxer was put on a trailer and taken to my dads house and put in his garage and hasn't moved since. However, Ryan Reed said he still wouldn't take the vehicle back because my father was able to drive an hour to the dealership for this purchase. If you have ever known anyone with my father's conditions you would know that just because he can drive doesn't mean he can make rational financial decisions (just like a teenager). He isn't that far gone yet, but we do monitor his progression closely as to make the decision for him not to drive anymore. After this sale happened I immediately locked my father's credit down to prevent this from happening in the future. At the time I didn't think this was something that I needed to worry about. Ryan Reed's next excuse to not allow the return was him claiming that my husband spoke with my father while he was there trying to make the purchase, however that was my uncle. If we had been aware of my dad being there trying to make the purchase I would have IMMEDIATELY called and put a stop to it. Neither me or my husband were aware that my father made the purchase until the next morning when I contacted Reed & Reed Sales as well as the finance company. The finance company was very helpful and communicated well with me on there attempts to get the dealership to allow the return. Ryan Reed takes advantage of disabled people and ONLY cares about the money in his pocket even if it affects others lives in a negative way. It makes me wonder how he would feel if someone treated one of his parents this way. I guess southern hospitality doesn't exist in Chatsworth, GA. read more

Recently back for warranty! Same issues. Owner Jack, his wife and son Ryan have the worst customer relations and abilities to solve issues w professionalism! While there one customer was physically threatened and tow more walked out steaming. Worst place I've ever seen with customers. The IRS should look into them transferring sales across state lines to avoid charging tax as well! read more

Updating my review: It has been 9 weeks since I purchased my CT2025 (which I love, by the way) I finally got a hold of the Parts department (seems every time I called they were out to lunch or off that day???) and asked about the headlight and Turn Signal issue to see if they had resolved the problem yet. Parts Dept. transferred me to the Sales Dept. where I was told they dropped the Bobcat Line. John literally suggested that I take my tractor 100 miles away for service if I wanted....... Unbelievable! I can never get the time back that I have invested in attempting to communicate with these people. Other than sell me a tractor, these people have done nothing to support my purchase. Lastly, John told me they are having a hard time finding mechanics. Five minutes later, the Parts guy told me that they decided not to hire any more mechanics as busy season is ending. John lied. I do not like or trust these people. I do not recommend them - at all - for anything. Go to Bobcat of Blue Ridge - super nice and super helpful people. Ask for Jimmy! read more

These guys were the best and provided the best customer service. I had been to every dealer in the area many times and on my second visit, I was sold. I had cash in hand and waited for someone to treat me like a customer and not just look at me funny when I walked into the store. These guys didn't do that. I felt like and they treated me like I was family. From the product selection down to the delivery. I am totally satisfied and hope to be back to do more business. read more
