I had been a costumer since 2010 and returned a roll of carpet padding today (03/15/23) and they charged me 25%. I was sold twice the carpet and padding needed. I understand they could not take back cut to size carpet, but you would have thought they would take responsibility for telling me to measure wrongly and refund the untouched padding. The woman that is the only one that can handle refunds was very smug and passive aggressive. Though I paid with a check and they electronically removed the funds from the bank instantly she insisted they write me a check for the discounted return. Let's hope the check is good! They must not be doing very much business and need to hold on to every penny. I will let you know if the check clears. Never going back there!

I had to pick up after them when they left the first night where they left scraps and thier trash in the house. When I asked them to run the vacuum cleaner to remove the scraps of carpet left behind after the job was done. They refused and said that it was my job to do that. They even did a wool serge (the cord-like stitching that goes around the rug) for $2.50 / foot which makes the rug look very nice. That price is also unheard of. Lewis (a local company) did cheap cotton binding for $5.00 / foot on a runner I ordered there. I found them just by googling "Fabrica area rugs" - and there they were. I worked with Linda, and she was very responsive to emails and accurate in all the details. She got me the quote right away. We set a delivery date. She helped rush it through a bit because another store had delayed me significantly with their inability to give me a price. So, I got a custom Fabrica 9 x 12 area rug for roughly $1000 delivered, when it was $1400-1500 here (and not even with a wool border serge - that made it around $1700 here). I love this place. Obviously they can't do wall to wall in another state, but shipping custom area rugs works quite well.

I have so many indents in my floor from everything that has been sitting, you can see any nails underneath in the floorboards and god forbid you drop something. This company does not provide specific installation manuals, I requested one repeatedly and after much delay I was sent a generic manual from Google. We had no idea what products and techniques would be best to use to keep this flooring intact. Probably would have been worthless anyway considering the poor quality. Just installed this flooring in the spring and it already needs replaced. So much time and money down the drain.
