While traveling our 2016 Ram 2500 engine light read: DEF problem see dealer immediately! We pull a 40 foot fifth wheel and live in it full-time so this was a real problem! We were 65 miles away, called Reed and spoke with Bill in the service department. He said to bring it on in and he would put us at the top of the list. Ended up it was the injector for the DEF, and this dealership went out of their way to procure one from another dealer in Kansas City, and drove there to get it. They allowed us to stay in their parking lot overnight in our camper and we were on the road the next day by 3 o'clock. Everyone at this dealership was just spectacular, treated us like we were their only customer, even though they knew that we would probably never be back that way again. read more

Visited 3 times in last 2 months. 1st time tire sale, wanted price for 4 tires on 2 seperate vehicle. Parts guy seemed put out, picked out tires, wanted price, he told me he would check on delivery time, different vendors, would call me. 1 week later no call, went to Discount Tire, tires ready and put on 2 days later. $2500 dollars they could have had, should have known when parts guy wrote it all down on scrap paper 2ND Time - Brand specific align and oil change, did a good job, as far as I can tell, Mentioned tire incident, reply was, "That's parts, I have nothing to do with that. 3rd Time- Oil change on different vehicle, over $100 one week later, out of washer fluid, I always thought a washer fluid fill was part of the oil change, That tells me they don't pay attention to detail and mediocrity is the new 5 star service Brand specific needs, I'll go back, ALL other I will go elsewhere read more

I've bee looking for a good car for my wife and I was talking with a sales man name is Luke Nola very nice young man . I drive tour bus so it's not really easy to buy anything from the road . Anyway I went in and looked at a few cars and after the 3 visit we decided on a Hyundai Tucson blue awd backup camera... had a smooth deal with a few little hiccups but I got a good car at a fair price and mommas happy so I'm happy. Oh the two hiccups were mismatched tires and no second key !!! Had a few missed cues I think but the sales Manager stepped up swing for the fences and knocked a homerun I appreciate everything the dealership did for me made me happy satisfied everything I needed I would definitely send people into see them when they're looking for a new car or used car read more

Bought a vehicle with the understanding there would be taxes paid. Signed an agreement . Then they said something was wrong and needed us to sign another. Signed another and then found out they didn't pay it. After saying it was taken care of. Would suggest you go somewhere else. Very disorganized and was not impressed. read more

I previously rated this dealer 2 stars. I have to remove a star due to their complete inept ability to provide any semblance of professionalism. I had a factory paint flaw that needed repaired. They made me jump through hoops to get this fixed. Then kept my truck for 4 days. At no point did they even offer a loaner while they had my vehicle. When I got the truck back they did not address the run in the factory paint. They wiped dirt across a painted surface and did not even clean off the polishing compound from the fender they repaired. There is also a fresh new scratch in the clear coat on the hood. The paint flaw was on the fender where it met the hood. read more

Reed is very shady in their service department. Car overheating They said there was $2000 worth of repairs needing done . couldn't afford to fix. my coolant was low so I added coolant. No more overheating. I had an oil change with them a week before that happened. Interesting. They charge you $100 to look at it even if you have a warranty. How nice they got $100 for fucking me over. read more
