I ordered an arrangement for my anniversary about a week in advance. I used my information as contact info, entering my wife's info only in the section to put on the card. My wife received a call on my phone the next day (4 days before our anniversary) telling her they delivered her flowers to our next door neighbor, ruining the surprise I wanted to give my wife. I'm still not sure why they didn't call me, and according to the delivery lady, the reason for the early delivery is because the flowers were put in the wrong bin, or something. Regardless, why ask me specifically for a date of delivery if that isn't going to matter? The only reason this isn't a 1-star review is because they offered my wife a free arrangement on our anniversary, so at least they're trying to make it right. I'm still very upset that they ruined the surprise, though. read more

I went here to get mothers day flowers for my wife, in an effort to support local business, instead of using a place like proflowers.com. Seemed like a nice place. The older lady manning the counter, who seemed like the owner, was very pleasant. I ordered a dozen gerbera daisies in a vase arrangement for a pickup on Saturday, the day before mothers day. I specifically asked the lady if, like previous experiences at other florists, the flowers were going to be missing petals and looking in poor shape. She assured me no, fresh flowers were being picked up the day before I was to pick up my order. When I arrived on Saturday, not only were several flowers missing obvious chunks of petals, while others had petals that looked diseased, after I walked out I counted them on a whim, and noticed there were only 11 flowers instead of the dozen I ordered. I went back in and she counted them and promptly added an additional flower, but honestly, doubt ill go back after such lack of attention to detail. This is the best flower shop ever. As a middle aged male, I know absolutely nothing about flowers except they help when a significant other is pissed off at you. I was on day three of the silent treatment from my spouse and I decided to stop by Reed's to see if they had anything that could help end the torment. After a few minutes of explaining my situation, the staff quickly walked me through all options, gave me some wonderful ideas, and created an arrangement that was the coolest thing I have ever seen. Seriously, it was the best looking flower arrangement I have ever seen, to the point it even got me some action from the spouse later that night. I love this place. Thanks to my sister who resides in Utah that researched and found this floral shop after I'd miserably failed to find a decent floral shop in Utah to make some orders (feel free to read the other reviews I'd posted on the other 2 horrible floral shops I found and had the "most pleasure" dealing with) I believe his name (the owner) was David / Daniel / Dave, something like that, I can't exactly recall. I had called him after reviewing the website and after being on the phone with the other incompetent floral company. The owner showed a lot of sincerity and compassion with me. He was very detailed-oriented and how he handled the request I had (only one request: all the flowers needed to be white-- it didn't matter what kind of flowers they were, as long as they were all white- per the request of the deceased) and he made sure that his girls knew of this direction the following morning when they needed to get this done. After I miserably failed in ordering the other arrangement from Flower Patch (don't go there-- they have horrible customer service). I called Reed's at the very last minute to inquiry if they can do another funeral floral arrangement, all in white for that very same day as well and fortunately, they were able to do so. With the customer service, the prices and the on time deliver service Reed Florals offers, they'd just gained a repeat customer from me. read more
