I live in California. I traveled to Ogden to attend the funeral service for my aunt. With only 3 hours until the start of the service, we needed flowers. We went to Lund Floral, in our arrival, we were cheerfully greeted, when we explained what we needed, Raine got started immediately. We watched as she created a beautiful white sympathy arrangement. I ordered an arrangement out of state, for a friend who is local to the area. What was sent to her by Lund was not the bouquet as pictured. On the left is the photograph from the website, and on the right is what was delivered. I paid extra money for the "premium" version of the bouquet (the largest/nicest version of the bouquet possible - specifically supposed to include more flowers in quantity), and what they delivered was closer to the "standard" version of the bouquet (less flowers overall - notice how few flowers there are on the right vs. the left; they filled the bouquet with an excess of "green filler"/leaves to make up for smaller number of flowers than what was ordered). I understand some substitutions will happen, but they cut out about half of the list of what was on the website/supposed to be included (missing pink miniature carnations, bells of ireland, green button spray chrysanthemums, and huckleberry). Instead, they substituted for all of these with excess green leaves/green filler + random purple blossoms. They also changed significant colors in the bouquet. My friend loves pink and green - it's the reason I ordered this specific bouquet. So imagine my surprise when the picture she sent me showed that the largest/most eye-catching blossoms in the arrangement, which were supposed to be pale pink (to go with the rest of the bouquet being pink/green), were changed by Lund to bright orange. Not at all the same. Some pink roses were kept, but some were changed to purple. Plus an already bright green vase (because it would have looked good with the original color combination). Overall a hodge-podge of color - too many colors going on, and the substitutions didn't look good together. Flowers seemed fresh, sure - but it was not at all what I paid for (in quantity, quality, and colors). I would not order from them again. P.S. I requested that the bouquet be re-delivered, to give them a chance to make it right, but they said no... so this is why I am leaving the review that I am. read more

I ordered these flowers online and I was very disappointed. I picked the most expensive arrangement for this bouquet and it was awful. For $80 the lillys were dead and falling off. The vase was nothing like the one I ordered and the arrangement could of been put together by a 7 year old. Most awful flowers I have ever ordered. I now know NEVER to order from Flowers.com. I was able to order flowers around 3pm in the afternoon and they got delivered within the hour. Keep in mind I called from Arizona to order them and have them delivered close to their shop in Ogden. I was very impressed by the receptionist. She was very nice and professional. I highly recommend this place to purchase and or have flowers delivered to friends and or loved ones. Ordered from them to deliver to my wife at work. Called in to check status of my order and the lady who answered was a complete bitch. Complaining how they have over 500 orders out and that there was no way to check the status of my order. I tipped them 20 bucks plus paid 20 dollar delivery and wish I never tipped them. Got treated like shit and plus the plant that I ordered looks way over grown and nothing like the picture. I don't recommend these people. read more

We ordered a standing spray for a funeral of a grandmother. I looked online and then called the store and spoke with Heidi. She was so kind and helpful. BUT the final product was horrible! It was NOTHING like what I was expecting! I knew it wouldn't be exactly like the picture online, however I didn't realize it would look like a child threw it together! So disappointing to have my funeral plants crammed AND DISPLAYED in a cardboard box and not the baskets I ordered. I asked the girl on the phone for a very small spray of flowers ( maybe 5 flowers tied with a bow), but the powers to be would not allow her to sell me a small spray... only a $300 spray because "it would not look good". I asked for 10 plants and 2 baskets, 5 plants in each basket. I walk into the funeral viewing room and there is a cardboard box with the plants next to the casket. I cried, called Lund's and unfortunately they were unwilling to fix the tacky display of the funeral arrangement. read more

I ordered a funeral flower arrangement from out of state. Very disappointed with what was delivered. nothing at all like the sample picture online. none of the flowers were in bloom. I chose an arrangement with sunny colors and instead received red and white. There wasn't a bow shown in the sample picture, yet the arrangement had an ugly, juvenile, huge red bow. My boyfriend ordered me a beautiful bouquet for Valentine's Day and what was delivered was NOT what was on Lund Floral's website. Lund Floral claims that this is the exact same except for the purple hydrangeas. This is NOT what is advertised on their website. The vase isn't the same, there are not near as many roses, carnations substituted in, etc. My boyfriend was appalled to see I CLEARLY did NOT get what he paid for. His sister called Lund Floral and the manager refused to get on the phone! They blamed it on the farmer delivering the wrong color of flowers, but that is not my fault, and the manager made an "executive decision" to substitute flowers even when my boyfriend MARKED ON THEIR WEBSITE that he did not want substitutes! He paid in January to avoid this very issue. This is a company that we will never use again, after many years of using them for dances, special occasions, holidays, even my grandma's funeral. They have beautiful flowers on their website but they cannot guarantee the same products and completely disregard the customer substitution box. We had to fight tooth and nail for a refund, they wouldn't even mark them down. Just barely got the refund yesterday. Manager Erin loves to fight and refuses to take the blame for HER actions. Refused to admit she did anything wrong. She wanted to pick up my bouquet from my work and replace it with something different, but it still would not be what my boyfriend paid for! How embarrassing would that be to have your bouquet taken back on Valentine's Day. Long story short, stay away from these folks. We will use Jimmy's Floral in the future. read more

So disappointed in the arrangement my friend received for a very important occasion. I specifically asked for a certain bouquet and what was sent looked like a jumble of weeds. The flowers looked cheap, mismatched, and thrown together. I have made better arrangements from my garden. I received a beautiful bouquet yesterday and this morning some of the flowers were completely dead. I'm not one for complaining as I believe things like this can happen, but I decided to call and let them know. They were extremely apologetic and said they would be by in a couple of hours to switch out the arrangement for a fresh one. All I was hoping for was to not have it happen to someone else. The original bouquet was ordered through Telefloral. It did not come as advertised at all. Wilted petals, wilting greenery, arrangement not full at all. They brought me a second bouquet to fix the problem that was supposedly "upgraded". It had the same amount of regular roses but was missing the spray roses. The smaller roses that it came with have already died. I was told they gave me closed flowers so they would last longer......dead less than 4 Days later even with following care instructions. Very disappointed in the quality and the rude customer service I received when I complained. The delivery girl was very disrespectful and dismissive to my concerns. @Flowerpatch has never had these issues. Very disappointed after spending $140 on a bouquet. read more

I ordered the "Heavenly Heights Bouquet" on-line for my Aunt's funeral because the picture of it on Lund Floral's website was so beautiful and feminine. When we got to the mortuary, we looked for the flowers we had sent but could not find them right away. When we did find the arrangement with our name, we were totally embarrassed and ashamed with the arrangement. The flowers were nowhere near the same pink colors and the shape of the arrangement was definitely not the same as what was shown on their webpage. We understand that there is a good chance that substitutions might be necessary but this arrangement was nowhere close in any way. Instead of being pretty pink flowers, they were very dark and drab. Some of the flowers were not even open and some of them were wilted. There was way too much greenery used as filler. The arrangement on their website had no bow on it but the one that Lund Floral sent had a big purple bow, probably to fill in space for the lack of flowers. When speaking with the manager at Lund Floral, she felt that it was a suitable substitution. I told her that I respect her opinion but I wanted her to know how we felt about the arrangement. I am not trying to persuade the reader of this review to use or not to use Lund Floral, I am merely sharing my disappointing experience. read more
