I set the install day for a Saturday (4/13) to better fit my work schedule. After the date was set Jose called me and asked if the install could be done on Monday (4/8). This immediately sent up a warning flag because of a different install I had set up with Lowes that never happened. I agreed to the Monday install. On Monday, Jose showed up 30 minutes earlier than expected (which is something I extremely admire) and got right to work. I went to check on him about an hour and a half later and Jose was all finished. He set up my extra remote and keycode without hesitation, explained what buttons were what, and took away the old opener. I am very happy with his work.

Right away she saw there were multiple joints swollen and that we definitely had to get her to a specialist at Children Hospital Madera. Within a very short time they got us in and we were making the trip up to see Dr. Arce. From the moment we met him we felt at ease. He instantly started talking directly to our daughter, he was gentle, compassionate and really listened to everything she said. He saw pitting in her nails and multiple joints with redness and swelling. He ordered multiple test right away, and quickly she was diagnosed with Psoriatic arthritis and fibromyalgia. I would have never thought my 4th grade daughter would Have RA. This began our 8 year relationship with Dr. Arce. We made trips to Madera every couple months and we never complained. We all loved him and he helped her so much. I will never forget when he had the talk with us about finding a Rheumatologist in Bakersfield. She was going to be 18 and he is a Pediatrician. We all were so sad and I actually cried the last time we saw him. He helped my daughter so much. I know he is working out of a clinic in Reedly now, I think he still might see kids at Childrens. Just recently my daughter said she wanted to write him a letter, she is now 21. She wants to thank him for all he did for her. Unfortunately she never found a Doctor that measured up to Dr. Arce. We did see supposedly see the best in Bakersfield, he is in the room for a minute, you can't get an appointment and he doesn't listen to what you are saying. So Dr. Arce if you read this, you are amazing! We thank you for the incredible care you gave our daughter and we will never forget you.
