After a week of no contact, we called & found that no one had looked at the watch yet. The next day or so, we called again only to find out they could not repair Swatch watches. Huh? So, another 10mile/20 miles round trip to pick up the watch. Poor, poor customer service....why didn't the front desk person LEARN that this business could not fix Swatch? Why didn't one of the jewelers look at the watches received each day to determine if they could take the next step or not and contact the customer? Again, poor customer service.

Since this is a store owned by Seventh-day Adventists, the books and literature they sell come from that theological viewpoint. For that kind of literature they have a lot. If you are up another theological persuasion, such as Baptist, Pentecostal or Catholic you may not find what you want. They have both English and Spanish literature. They do have many "generic" Christian gift items which are pretty and nice, including some home decor. If you're looking for a nice inspirational gift for a friend this would be a good place to check out. Seventh-day Adventists are very health-conscious.
