He took his time, was very patient, and clearly knew what he was talking about. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and made the entire process easy to understand. We walked away as happy customers. I even told him he provided some of the best customer service I've experienced and that I would recommend him to anyone in the area. Since I don't know any people here, consider this my recommendation... GO SEE XAVIER. I went inside the store and told the cashier the box was open and the pool was used (it was another brand brown pool) so they exchanged It. The second pool was ripped (I noticed until we open the box at the house) and I went to the store to return it and they told me no returns/exchange. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. THEY NEVER MENTION THIS POLICY ABOUT POOLS. Now I have to see if BESTWAY can send me a replacement. We cant even use the pool. This sucks!!! WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT! They should put a sign or mention the no returns/exchange "policy" before buying it. DONT BUY HERE! THIS STORE SUCKS! Go walmart instead.
