Went to a few but what I got didn't nearly compare to the skill, price and just all around great experience that Justin and Crew have given my wife and I. I had been waiting 10 long years to get this tattoo done, trying to find just the right artist because I was afraid it would not look good. I saw Justin's work on Facebook and decided to at least see what he had to say. During our consult you could see the enthusiasm and his creative juices flowing on what I wanted done. So right then and there I knew Justin Tyme was the one for me. He did not disappoint, I gave him 3 distinct images and he created this trio of Eddie's into one big masterpiece. The shop atmosphere and the other amazing super talented artists Ernesto, Paula, Daryl and Michael were so nice not only to me, but to everyone that walked into that shop. Had a septum ring that was way too small for my nose (my own doing). Came here to get the jewelry switched out for $30, they accepted jewelry from my personal collection to replace the current piece I was wearing. Even though these people had never seen me before and didn't put the jewelry in themselves they were super cool and incredibly helpful. The vibe of the whole shop is super comforting and true to the artists! Although I only came here for a jewelry change, it definitely felt like everyone in the shop is confident in their craft and super knowledgeable. read more

Came to the shop around 5:50pm. The published hours show they are open until 8pm which is apparently only for scheduled appointments (which is not posted anywhere). I came wanting a nose piercing and was told no we closed and "I'm off work" by the apparent piercing individual. Not impressed by your customer service. Not rude per se but definitely not helpful. read more

Unprofessional! I walked in to schedule an appointment and asked about their referral program. Was informed the information provided on booking site is not accurate. I then asked if they would be willing to honor it, lady at front desk said let me ask the manager, a man came up front. I explained that I want to book a tattoo session and ask if he would honor their mistake. Man started yelling at me (unprofessional for an owner) he was unable to keep his composure while I on the other hand was. He asked if I wanted him to basically pay for an hour of my son's tattoo since he was the one to refer me , to which I answered yes. He said it was a "boo-boo" on their part but in no way wanted to make it right. He then proceeded to tell me his wife (female at the front desk) said I was being a "DICK" and he needed to handle it. He also stated that he didn't want any part of my tattoo either. He kept yelling and stating that it is a small business, if that was the case he should have been willing to work something out instead of letting business walk out the door! Would NOT recommend going there, there are many other tattoo shops in the area with artist that are just as good, if not better and more professional! I wouldn't have given 1 start if I had a choice. read more
