How easy would it be to have a TV there in each room? Hotels charge 5x less and provide at least a cheap entry level flat screen. I'm actually pleased with the staff. It's a busy place even with a good amount of staff. So I'm not sure why all button issues take too long. It's confusing. I wish the design was better oriented for easy access to outside enjoyment. Like even for bedbound people.

In March, I went to the urgent care clinic after experiencing some intolerable pain in my left arm and neck. Through his thorough actions and genuinely listening to my situation and pains, it was deduced that I would need to consult with a neuro specialist within a short amount of time. Talking with that same nuerosurgeon - he was even impressed with Mr. Anderson's actions and recommendations, telling me they did a great job managing my case. I don't live in Ridgecrest so I called the number in spite of the fact it didn't mention it was a hospital number. I was told the Clinic was across the street from the hospital. I arrived on time to the Medical Office but all the doors were locked. There was a frail elderly man trying to gain access also. I called the number and told the receptionist I couldn't gain access to the building. She sarcastically said we have been seeing patients all day. I clarified the building was across the street from the Hospital and in front of the Marriott. I finally gave up and hung up on her. Someone else called back and gave an address of a street name I couldn't pronounce and certainly couldn't couldn't spell. She told me to put the address in my smart phone. I am a senior citizen and I can't see the screen of my phone in the sun. After driving over 2 hours to get to the appointment I just had to leave. This whole epic could have been avoided if they would have texted me an address and an appointment verification. The elderly man that was there also just left. Unbelievably poor patient service. I hope the Dr is aware the poor quality of the staff is preventing him from seeing patients

I did not have any pain during or after the treatments I received. In the past my mouth has hurt for a week or more after dental work. Not so with Dr. Chen. I was amazed that he was able to save a tooth t hat I thought was hopeless. I am very grateful to Dr. Chen. My digestion has improved since I got my dental problems fixed.
